I first heard of the owner through a networking group. I received his card and when my phone screen broke, I took it to his place. He fixed it for $120ish and I went on my way. I was told there was a 3 month warrantee if anything ever happens to the phone. About 5 months later, my screen cracked again. I went back in and he told me that my LCD screen was damaged and it would be $300 this time. Again, with the warrantee. I paid the money. Although while I sat in the shop, another woman came in with her phone, he told her that her LCD screen was broken too (just like mine) and she laughed at him and said she was getting prices and that the other two stores never mentioned anything. She walked out. I waited an hour and it was fixed. Richard asked if I wanted a screen protector for $30 and I said no, I can get 3 on Amazon for $7. Some time after that, the screen cracked again …. I went in, and in 5 minutes, Richard and his staff was able to fix it again. We chatted, Richard said, it’s under warrantee so anytime it cracks again, as long as it isn’t the LCD screen, we can take care of it for you. Today, I go in at 10:20 and the doors are locked and lights are off. I take the time to google their number, call, leave a VM asking them to call me when they arrive. I will go grocery shopping instead. (Mind you, I live 20 min away and have a 2yr old with me). No one calls. So I call them again….. they answer. I go over there. Charles peels off my screen protector and says, “its damaged. We can’t replace this without a fee” I say, “You did it last time” and I tell him what Richard said. He tells me to wait 30 min and he will try to call richard. My daughter still needed to eat and it was approaching nap time. I tell him no, call him now, in front of me and I will talk to richard if needed. He walks to the back room and calls Richard. Comes back, tells me they can’t help me. I ask, did you send him a picture? He says no. I leave the store upset. I get on the 101 and realize that now I have a cracked screen and NO protector on it (Charles peeled it off). I call the store, two rings and I am sent to VM. I call again, two rings and I am sent to VM. I call Richards cell phone. He tells me that he can only go off of what Charles said and says he doesnt remember fixing my phone and if he did I got lucky with a free one. I was so upset, I hung up. Richard did contact me again, inviting me in the next day when he would be there to take a look. But after going this morning, them not being there, putting a call in, going back a second time in one day, being treated horribly, and having my screen protector taken off, I will save the 20 minute drive out of my way tomorrow. I got it repaired at a place close by to my house. My suggestion, manage your clients expectations better. Dont tell them they can come in when their screen cracks and its covered under warrantee when it is not.

My father took his laptop to this business to do a re install of windows. They installed windows 7, but failed to install any drivers for the wireless card. As such he was unable to connect to any wifi. I dont understand how they would let a laptop out the door without checking to see if it could connect to the internet. Especially for the outrageous price he was charged. It took me 5 minutes to find and install the correct driver. The laptop was also returned covered in filth...how does this happen?? I really hope preying on the computer illiterate is not a common practice of theirs.

I had called around and spoke with the majority of these specialists in the area. I had received a good vibe on the phone knowing that my issue would be resolved. Decided to come in and after a couple minutes of talking with Richard and Charles about options, they were genuinely willing to help resuscitate my Galaxy S5. They provided me with a high level of professionalism, expertise and exceptional customer service. Richard also mentioned his contribution with the chamber of commerce. I dropped my work IPad and shattered the screen. I needed it fixed fast and luckily had seen this place. The staff was awesome and super friendly. They had my IPad fixed first thing the next day! (I didnt drop it off until almost closing). It looks brand new and it was $50 cheaper than the Apple Store! I will definitely be using them from now on and sending all my contacts there! Great place!!

My son decided to throw my phone in the toilet and flush it! I thought my phone was a goner! I found Digital Doc on Google and decided to try them out and see if they could fix it. The staff was very professional and polite. I am happy to say they were able to fix it and my phone works like nothing happen! Definitely coming back if need be.

I Broke my s8+ screen, amd it was damaged really bad, i talked to Richard over there and they literally were they only people in town that were able to get a replacement screen for it, and they did it in one hour, and they put on an OEM screen so the phone was just like a brand new. Great service. Definitely recommend it.
