I have done business with this T-Mobile since end of May of 2016. Each and every time it was "Jason" who helped me out. What can I say Jasons service at this T-Mobile was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! In late May there was a Samsung BOGO deal going on he dedicated tons and tons of time to make sure all my requests were met, and made perfect! I walked out of the store feeling really pleased with my Samsung BOGO purchase. Recently on Magenta Friday (Nov 18, 2016) Jason again helped me out to get T-Mobiles amazing deal of 2 lines FREE. I wanted both of my FREE lines phone numbers to have unique number strings in them. Even though T-Mobiles system only generates a random phone number, Jason once again went out of his way to deliver me the phone numbers for both FREE lines that had my preferred number strings in them. The bottom line is if you want the BEST service from T-Mobile go see "Jason" at this Scottsdale T-Mobile off, of McDowell Rd, you will be blown away with his World Class Service and dedication to Excellence, for his customers!!!

Jason is far the worst person ever to help costumers. Soon as I walk to his counter, I asked him a question, he started to make hissy sounds like why u hear type of noise.. He was doing the same to other constumers that was head of me in line too. Anyways i asked him a simple question and all he said to me was "Let me do my job first in rude type of way... he was sort of cussing too because he mess up on couple of things.... Mario was VERRRYYYY VWRRRYYYY FRIENDLY and he was the one that assisted us pretty much the whole processes while he was helping others too because here Jason doesnt even know how to help nor know the system. I almost wanted to leave T-Mobile cause of his experience... SAD because person like MARIO whom is great HAS TO suffer the store ratings because of jason... not coming back to that store to someone who disrespects his costumers... didnt wanted to rate the store 1star but I had to in order to comment.....and Jason is ruining for all great staff like MARIO. #THANKYOUMARIO

Came into this store by chance and have never felt so comfortable in a phone store in my life.. nothing was forced, Haley (sorry for spelling) and Jason were on their A game.. they not only got me the plan I wanted at a fair price (no surprises) but they helped me get my phone transferred from the "other guys" so I did not need to spend a couple hundred dollars on another new phone. I am really excited to be a T-Mobile customer and I owe it to the GREAT customer service here!!!! Again hats off, kudos to, or heck I would even buy these guys a drink or maybe I should just take them a pizza!!!!!! What I am getting at is Thank you T-Mobile for putting Jason and Haley in place to make my life a little better today than it was yesterday!

Fairest of the big chains. However, written contract process seems over complicated with different methods for items picked up in store and items mailed out from store. Promos like 24 mos free data 2GB/mo on a pad are not in writing so if they do not work out you are still stuck with a phone.

I needed to upgrade my sons phone and buy a phone for my other son. Michael the store manager was so helpful and friendly and made the whole process painless. Although phone service isnt inexpensive, I still feel like I got a good value.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS SUCK. Took my S5 in to have it looked at, and the imbecile didnt put my 16gb SD card back in, and he didnt tell me he left it out, so its long gone now. THIS PLACE SUCKS.

They are so friendly. Even went out ther way to ask my wife out to dinner.... We call him 4g....lol. He is the one that is going to school for massage therapy... What a great guy...lol
