Had my screen replaced for Samsung 6s for +$200 and they gave me a 30day warrantee. After the first week I noticed that the screen was wobbly and didnt seem to be completely attached to the phone (at night light would shine through the sides). Also, the home button often sticks to the side when pressed down. When I took it back, the manager/repairman said that the screens where "cheep replacement screens" and "from china" (not S. Korea where Samsung manufactures them). Therefore, there was nothing else they can do. After the 30days expired, my front facing speaker no longer works and it probably would be another $200+ to repair. F-that. I strongly recommend to stay away from all the small phone repair shops in the mall (since they are all under the same management/repairman), because they will paint you a pretty picture, and overcharge for cheep parts.

I called because their website said "guaranteed lowest prices". However when I called asking for a quote for my screen repair, it was almost double the price Ive paid elsewhere. When I mentioned their website guarantee and presented them with another repair companys pricing, I was told that they couldnt match it and that their price was simply what they charge. Im dissatisfied for false advertising and highly recommend "Computers & ?" off Bell and Tatum for great service and the most competitive prices Ive seen in the valley. Definitely worth the drive.

If you have phone issues (e.g broken screen, electrical issues, etc.) I would highly recommend coming here before you go to any big brand name store. Sean’s customer service is second to none. I brought my phone in and he worked on it for several days to no avail. When I went to pick it up he refused to accept any payment for his time and even went as far as to tell me how to get a new one as he had done some research online and found that my phone had a known issue so it could be replaced for no charge. I think what I just wrote speaks for itself.

I spent $70 on a case for my phone and after 1 month it began to fall apart. When I asked them to replace the case or fix it I was told it was too old. A $70 phone case should last longer than 30 days. He refused to help me saying they have a 15 day return policy. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

Would love to give them some business, but no one is ever there. Ive come by several times, midday looking for some help. Each time there is an empty booth. It looks like someone was there as there are drink cups but never do I see the person.
