Wont even give one star. I bought a 40$/month plan and girl charged me 120$. When I asked for receipt she refused. Said we dont give receipts. When I wen home and check my account online, he had activated a $50/month plan and all the crappie services like device protection n all. When I talked to customer care online I came to know these service centers can charge only 25$ above the items we purchase. And all cricket amounts are always including taxes.

Its a shame that such a good company hires such rude people Ive been with Cricket for 6 months or so now always had good service I go into this location and they were just rude as hell
