Plan on feeling completely ignored here. I walked in to see the "help tables" full, a few people meandering the devices, a customer(?) on the stores speaker phone at the check-out desk with AT&T customer service I assume (no employee facilitating), another girl with her phone plugged in at the check-out area waiting for something to download(also unattended)... There was no one checking people in and no one at the check out desk so I end up standing there to wait for an employee... 5ish minutes later a girl from the help tables walks by and says "well check you in shortly". I keep waiting and finally a different employee comes out of the back to start checking-in me and 3 other people who had walked in in the meantime. ...waited for 28minutes before a another employee comes out of the back and calls my name. (They must have a nice break room!)... Im done a total of 58 minutes later and the girl behind me still hadnt been called. Get home and phone stopped working again... Call to find out current wait time - no answer.

There is only one representative there who is efficient and knowledgeable - hopefully you will get him. However what I found to be unconscionable is when my husband and I were in there over a year ago we got the store manager who was apparently desperate to sell a home security system. We already had one which was very good but he told us about all the "features" ours didnt have. He also told us that it would not cost anything extra and that they would install the same number of key pads, motion sensors, etc. Well when they got to our home they said to match our system it would cost over an additional $1000.00. We settled for less key pads and paid some $300.00 extra but why not - it was not going to cost us anything else! Well, big surprise! The store manager lied and I have been trying to work it out with AT&T ever since but to no avail. So we now have an inferior system that is costing us more monthly than our other system.

I went into the store today around noon. I spoke with a costumer service representative by the name of Dave. He informed me about how I needed to call the customer service line to become an authorized person to buy a new phone on my families plan. After writing down that information I felt that he was very rude in telling me that an upgrade is not really an upgrade and then his poor attempt in my opinion to sell me on direct tv. I told him I had trouble with my direct television and didnt appear to care and when it became apparent that I was not going to let him sell me on anything he rushed me out of the store. The lack of costumer service from him was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning to this store because if this specific encounter. If I wanted to deal with a used car salesman, the dealerships are down the street.

Worst customer service ever.. I have gone to the store a few times only out of convenience being near my house. They have lied to me about there deals every time. I had Noel Who was a horrible customer service person. And the manager Kenny wasnt any better. Save yourself go to the other AT&T on Scottsdale and Camelback if you absolutely have to.. Its places like this that make me want to change my carrier. Clearly the person in the next review knows Noel , I know for a fact shes not a door greeter another person does that. I had to walk in there a few times and she was never standing at the door to greet me. Shes someone who sells you the products and screws you over.

The service here is terrible. I came in to exchange an iPhone charger that wasnt working but still under warranty. I was told there was a one hour wait, they took my phone number and said they would text me when I was second and when next in line. I came back almost 2 hours later because I have yet to receive a text message. I was told that I had received three text messages but I never got any. So in order to be seen I had to be put back in the system and I was told I would receive another text within 30 minutes. Obviously I didnt wait around.

Terrible customer service. No one greets you when you walk in. I walked in today and no one behind the counter (3 employees) even looked in my direction. I finally walked up to them and they said I need to wait until "someone" signs me in. I saw the same thing happen to the next several people who walked in after me. Ive been here 3 times and have had to wait minimum 45 minutes each time. I just walked out, this place is terrible and not interested in gaining new customers.

last time my wife went in to buy a phone, they loaded her up with 3 google tablets allegedly for free and assured her they were free. We ended up with a 36 month contract for each of the devices that cost us time and trouble (and money). It finally got resolved, but at some considerable cost.

Noelle does a wonderful job. We came in to switch to a new phone and she showed us all the options and I am so happy with her service. I will definitely come back to this store. As soon as we walked into the store, she greeted us and helped us right away.

Im very confident most of the bad reviews are from people who simply dont understand their phone contract. I go here because its a real AT&T store and not a retailer. Ive worked with multiple different people here and have always been very happy.

bought an LG watch R. they have 14 day trial period. found out the watch has screen burn in so returned. they charged $30 restocking fee. buy from verizon. they dont charge a restocking fee for defective products
