I had an awful experience at your store. I recent bought some furniture with you, (an 8 cube shelf) I was really excited about it! When I got it home I discovered that the box was a return that had been put back on the shelf. I hoped that whoever returned it just decided that they didnt want it, so I checked all the parts to make sure everything was there, and it was so I started putting it together. I went to pick up the bottom piece in the box and discovered that the back of it had huge chunks missing out of it. I was pretty irritated that it was put back on the shelf, damaged and returned, how ridiculous that NO ONE had checked before putting it back on the floor. I called the store to get another one brought up and I asked them to open and check to make sure it wasnt damaged. When I got there I asked the customer service representative again if it had been opened and checked, she LIED to my face saying that they had. Then she began to complain to me about how she was supposed to be on her lunch, being incredibly unfriendly to me the entire transaction, making me feel unwanted and uncomfortable. After she finished the transaction, she set my receipt on the counter, took the box and walked away, without saying a word to me. When I got home to start putting the shelf together, I found that the box was beat up but still sealed and this one was also damaged, theres a huge gash on the side. At this point I have no idea what to do, but Im fed up with the way Ive been treated. i understand that customer service isnt the easiest job, I worked in retail for 4 years, but there is no excuse to act like that. I may have been a little irritated, but I never took it out on her and I dont believe I was unreasonable in the situation. 11-10-2012

Target isnt even trying to compete anymore. Their electronics section looks like it did a decade ago. Newsflash: no one buys dvds/blu-ray anymore. Theyre still selling cheap plastic phone cases we can all get for 5.99 on amazon for $40. Its beyond embarrassing to walk into their stores and see how a major corporation like this can be so out of touch and still running a decades old business model with pricing so far out of touch! I watched their CEO spew platitude after platitude in a feb interview about direction. This man is clueless. Nearly $12 million in compensation and this guy is completely lost. Couldnt find his arse in the dark if he tried. If they dont start trying to compete price-wise, Targets going to be the next kmart/sears. Target corp has a giant "smells better than the rest" stick up their arse. Which they think justifies their 10-30% higher prices. It doesnt. Thats why walmarts parking lots are full and target has a dozen cars in the parking lot. The CEO should rename himself Simply Clueless. Because that is really who running this company.

Wow. If you want to take a trip back to 1993, this is the Target for you. This place is in dire need of a renovation. Its probably ignored because its so close to the Jordan Landing location. Aside from that, the store is pretty small for a Target. Its not "Super," so they dont have a grocery section. Because of the small size, they dont seem to have a great selection of products in most departments. The staff will usually tell you to go to one of the other stores if you cant find something that youre looking for. That reminds me: the staff seems really depressed and gloomy because they work at the crappy Target. Overall, its not that bad; its still Target. Its just that its an old, outdated location that has outlived its usefulness. I wont be surprised if it closes down in the next year or two.

Target is always a decent shopping experience. After living around the corner from WalMart and shopping there recently, Target is a much needed breath of fresh air. Not just due to the better selection of higher end items, but also the demographic Target attracts as opposed to the typical WalMart shopper. This Target is funny though, because the signage all looks horribly outdated. Its like they built this place in the early 90s, with colorful neon squiggle lights all over the walls, but havent updated it in 25 years. Not that it matters, but it is noticeable when comparing to other Target locations. Other than that, this location is pretty much identical to every other Target Ive ever been to. Good job on keeping it consistent guys.

What a disappointment. My Fiancee and I went here to register for our wedding and were treated so poorly. We were handed a scanning gun & then the associate just walked away. She didnt explain how it worked, where we could find anything, or whom to speak with if we had any questions. The gentleman who worked in electronics was hardly a gentleman at all; he kept referring to nicer cameras as "sick" but couldnt explain why they were better than the rest. The scanning gun only worked on a few items, and nobody ever asked if we needed any help with anything. To say the least, I was sorely disappointed. We went to Bed Bath & Beyond afterwards and were treated like gold. I wouldnt recommend this specific Target to anybody I know.

My husband went in to pick up a gift for a bridals shower. When he printed the girls registry he specifically set it to filter the list to what is available at this location. The records this store keeps on its inventory however are so terrible that the registry list sent him on a wild goose chase. He asked 3 separate workers for help. 1 had no idea and 2 flat out refused to help saying it wasnt their dept with shrugs....WHAT? Having worked at Targets before I can guarantee you that this was handled outside of company policy. As a result my husband ran out of time and had to leave empty handed. Ill have to make another trip now to the Super Target farther away to get a gift in time.

I like ordering ahead online because there are additional discounts to be redeemed without having to go to customer service. Although i wish this was an option within cartwheel, I dont mind it. I prefer to shop on the app to pickup for later because i spend WAY too much time in this place, haha Story of everyones life though, right? Friendly people and Ive never encountered a person less than happy to help at customer service.

This isnt the nicest Target I have ever been to aesthetics wise. The building itself seems older as do the fixtures. However, I am giving this target four stars because of the excellent customer service. Everytime I go there the workers are very nice and very helpful, even the ones in the pharmacy. So even though this isnt a Super Target and doesnt have all of the amenities that other Targets do, the employees make up for it.

I came in here to buy our toddler a pair of shoes because she lost one of hers on the train (of course), and ended up with a double charge. Came back and they fixed it with no hassle. Of course had to show them proof, but I was happy to oblige since it was a complete accident. They also let me exchange the shoes since the brand we got ran a tad small for baby girls feet. Definitely happy to shop here again!
