I used to love the store, I actually went out of my way to go there because the sales reps and managers there were so helpful and always at least tried to do their best to give you the best deal or options that they could. I even got two people to switch to sprint from AT&T and Verizon respectively after telling them about my last visit there (before this one that is)...but now I cannot picture ever wanting to go back to the store. I called ahead to check if something was possible, because to go there takes over an hour out of my day which is already packed. I moved family and a business meeting around so that I had time to drive 40 minutes to the store after confirming twice on the phone that what I wanted to do was possible (and then rushing out of another appointment to take an hour to back up and reset my phone so it was ready). What I wanted to do by the way is just switch from the 32 GB that I had bought about a month ago and doesnt function for me because I need to use video , audio and keep files on it beyond its capacitys which I realized early on but as the people at Sprint had always been so helpful I never thought it would be a problem that I couldnt at least pay the difference in the phones to solve ... why would it be it would translate into them making $100-200 then and there and then the switch fee and an extra $10 a month from me... which is what I was planning to do until I was told that I only had to pay the $35 switch fee ... honestly I still wouldve paid more than the difference because it is really essential that I have a phone I can use ... but that option to pay the difference was never presented to me by the manager who Ive never met before but approached me and when I told him why I was there offered no solution or compromise or hope of not being stuck with this phone aside from very rudely telling me that I had essentially wasted an entire afternoon and evening since the only way I could not be stuck with the 32 GB phone I can barely use is to pay the entire contract upfront ... an option at this point as ridiculous as it is in terms of a simple switch to the same type and make of phone with an upgrade of storage may have considered but he didnt bother to tell me the price of that or much of anything ...he didnt even let me know if there may be another way that I could increase storage as I had on my Samsung with expendable storage or any other option at all to help me out in any way (or make money which is the really strange part because even if someone is rude one would think they would at least want to do that ... but I guess. Being rude to customers is kind of synonymous with not wanting to make sales) ... At this point as much isI gave glowing reviews to sprint to everyone I met I would honestly do and leave after buying out my contracts if that was the case.... because the people in the stores particularly that one made up for any other problems or service that went wrong which may have made me leave before... but I never wouldve thought of doing because people caring about helping their customers in person counts for a lot . I wouldnt take the behavior of one person as reflective of an entire company except for the fact that he is a manager and thus the person that company chose to represent them in such a way... and I have never been so unhelped by anyone manager or not or rudely shot down in the 5 years I have been a loyal customer ...

This Sprint store has been so good to me!!! I had called 3 other locations & got 3 different answers?!?! What are the chances of a mother and son both getting water damage to their iPhones in a 2 1/2 week time frame? Well it happened to us! I feel like I couldnt catch a break!!! I went into the Sprint store to see what my options were. I decided on pre-ordering the iPhone 8 with Raoul. He was the friendly, knowledgeable and patient as I made my decision. He offered to be available during my lunch break and was excited to see me when I walked in the door. A few days later went into see him again. Although he was not in yet, Adam was more than happy to help me. I was frustrated over my situation & honestly didnt think theyd be able to help me. Boy was I was wrong!!!! Adam went above and beyond. He got creative after listening to my bizarre situation, needs & wants. Together we figured out what would work best for me. I left the store with a new iPhone 7 (for my son) and the excitement of the iPhone 8 coming in. The end result was amazing! I cant think Adam and Rauol enough for their amazing customer service! great reps & leaders that both genuinely cared about me as a Sprint customer & a person needing their help & expertise. Thank you both! Melissa

They should be ashamed of their sales practices. How do you sell someone 2 lines without mentioning a $25/m "Access Fee" per phone? I was led to believe that my monthly bill would be $50 less than what it actually turned out to be. Before signing up, we sat there and totaled up all future charges with two sales reps and not one of them said "Oh wait... there an extra $50 per month youre gonna be paying". They just waited for me to go home and find out after everything is said and done. If you sign up for a plan here, PLEASE tell them to print out ALL THE PAPERWORK so you can look at everything they charge you. Because I guarantee you will be unpleasantly surprised when you look at it later. Also, avoid sales rep named "Gibel Zarzuela". She was the one who used deceit to sell me the service. Interesting fact is if you call Sprint about those charges, after about 30 minutes on hold, they will drop them from $25 to $15 per phone. They do that to help you swallow your outrage. A complete scam.

I came into the store with no greeting or acknowledgement, and decided to wait near the front counter to get help. The staff did not acknowledge me to at least get my name down for the wait time, which I stood waiting at their counter for about 20 mins. Even as one of the associates called another customers name out, he completely went around me and didnt bother to say a "hello" or "can I help you with something?" Although the staff did seem friendly, this kind of attitude towards me and other customers was very rude as other customers went walking out. Ive had great customer services at other locations, and recommend going somewhere else.

I just switched the whole family from Verizon to Sprint, Joey Walker was Amazing! My son and I went there today and we had such a pleasant experience. Joey was professional & very knowledgeable. It took him short time to switch the whole family, He was very pleasant gentleman and sweet. Everyone there was friendly and nice, I love this location. I left sprint store super happy and very content especially knowing that Im going to be saving a lot of money with Sprint. I encourage everyone to give this location a chance, If you need anyone to assist you in the future I would recommend Joseph( Joey ) Walker.
