Very horrible, I have called all over the valley for a sprint store to replace my Note 7 because of the recall, they all said they didnt have any but to try a different location. This was the only store that had any of the new recall batches in stock and they refused to exchange mine because I didnt purchase the device from this location. When a device gets recalled for a safety hazard like that it shouldnt matter what location you got it from because you want all of your customers to be as safe as possible. Refusing to help them because they didnt initially purchase from your specific store was very unhelpful especially since the 11 other stores I checked all said to try another and they would be able to help me if they had it. I am VERY disappointed with this store now. If you want it to be store specific that is fine but then every store needs to be that way. The other stores all said to simply check another location and everything would be fine. This was the only location that had the batch in stock and the only location to refuse to help me. If you want to be happier go to another sprint location.

I came into Sprint today to pay off my phones as well as talk about my current bill. I have previously gone to other sprint stores hoping to be able to upgrade my phone, without having to pay the phone in full which has been unsuccessful. Preston and Nathan were able to help me get the phone I wanted and keep my phone plan low. I am beyond happy and grateful that they were working at the time I came into store# 010899. I also previously purchased a phone for my son and was worried about the type of phone, cost and plan for a child. Luis was available and assisted me in making my plan cheaper and affordable than what I previously was paying for just my phone. I am able to afford two lines and have unlimited data, text and call because of Luis. I appreciate the professionalism and how courteous Luis, Preston and Nathan have been with me. I will be coming back to this sprint store for all my needs.

From now on we will be taking our business to a different location. We have been having problems with security issues regarding our account, so my mother made a new pin to the account that only she knew. Despite this, an employee at this location granted access to the account to one of our relatives even though they did not know the account pin. Now theyre trying to charge us $600 for a phone that we did not approve! This claim was confirmed with a case manager through the corporate Sprint customer service line. However, the manager of this location repeatedly denied any claims and was obviously not interested in helping us. Now they have themselves to blame for the investigation the corporate customer service rep has opened against them. Shame on them for deciding to value a rule-breaking employee over a paying customer!

Best store I have ever gone into. I have been through multiple carriers and sprint for the last several years. I recently went in to resolve a few issues at the corporate store and they didnt want to help me. Completely rude and very unprofessional. After I decided to cancel sprint and went to the redwood store. The staff was very apologetic for the other store and ensured me they could help. The store manager stepped in a few minutes later and really made my day. Thanks to this store, I decided to stay with sprint and upgraded. I will only be returning to this store for here on out.

I went in trying to get advice on how to fix my HTC evo 4G, and the salesman wouldnt tell me how to fix it, only that he would sell my an Evo 3D for 135. No matter how many times I told him, he wouldnt stop bringing it up. Im happy with my 2 month old phone and did not want to spend that kind of money on a brand new phone. I dont care about getting a new phone, I just wanted to fix my current phone. TERRIBLE service!!!!

Customer service was non existent at this location during visit on 11/28/14. One employee working assisting another customer (which is fine when by themselves), but after about 10 minutes of looking around there was no greeting or Ill be with you in a moment from this employee. So I drove across town to a different sprint store and received the complete opposite experience that wasnt received at this store.

Went in to have a phone put on my account. The manager told us to call customer service rather than help us himself. We were then asked (rather forcibly) to leave the store. Not a pleasant experience and the reason I do all my Sprint business through Radio Shack. As a side note, it took over an hour to put the phone on my account through customer service... Terrible service all around. Not recommended.

This is not the Sprint store closest to me, but I chose to go back here because it has the best customer service of any store Ive been to. The manager Preston, and the other employees are first rate, and personable. They will take all the time you need to get your questions answered. They even held the door open for us. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Since the moment we walk in Tamika Simmons treated us very well she was easy to talk to and listen to our expectations and concerns, walked us trough all the process of changing from services and during all that time she stayed with a great attitude. Over all it was a great experience, well be back to these store.

I went into the Sprint Redwood store this past weekend to pay my bill and the friendly staff that helped me let me know that I was eligible for a new upgrade. They showed the Samsung S7 and let me know I could upgrade because I was a loyal and long time customer. It made my day.

I love sprint but not this location! I had a connection issue with my 4month old phone and had a case i bought from a sprint booth in the mall. Then when the guy at this location took my case off he broke it! And didnt know anything about the devices! Hmmm
