I walked in, and looked around for a kiosk to pay my bill. Leslie looked at me and said we help you with that and walked away. I was standing at the front of the store. After Leslie said that to me not one employees said anything to me. I walked over to Leslie and asked if I just take a seat and someone would help me? She looked at me rolled her eyes and said "um Yeah, we are really busy right now" and looked away. She was extremely rude!!! All I wanted to known was if someone would help me or if I needed to get a number or something. I have now been sitting here for 15 minutes and again not one employee, besides Leslie who was rude, has even acknowledged me. Is this how your customer service is?
