Ordered decals for our Polaris Ranger & it took 2 weeks to get them. That was okey and got exactly what we ordered but the problem was the packaging. They were slipped into thin cardboard and taped up with nothing supporting the decals.The cardboard had bends when delivered which transferred creases to the decals. So ultimately when we put them on the machine there are a couple of spots with those creases that wouldnt come out. Hopefully you will re-evaluate your packaging system for these kind of items. They were too expensive to not have arrived in better shape!

Ordered a gasket kit from their ebay store, and one of the gaskets from the manufacturer was wrong (no fault of Lytle, just to clarify). I e-mailed them over the weekend and they got back to me, even though the website said they were closed until Monday. They offered me some options, and ended up refunding me part of the purchase to put towards the price of an OEM gasket from my local dealer. BEST customer service I have had in a long time. These guys are awesome and I will look to them first in the future for my bike parts.
