I have had sprint for a week and I already am in love. No data caps, great coverage! But I wanted to highlight this store in particular due to the man who helped me. I believe his name was Roberto, but I dont have his card in front of me at the moment. But when I first got there, he greeted me immediately and asked what he could do for me, something I hardly encountered at a t-mobile store. When I told him I needed to set up a phone plan, he didnt get overly excited, like most people do if theyre paid commission. He not only helped me, but several other people and co-workers while I was there. While getting set up, I expressed a bit of a budget but it was no issue for him. He was able to get me two phones, two cases, and two screen protectors for less than I expected. I cried. Not only that, but he got a plan that suited my boyfriend better than the one I originally chose. This kid was awesome, he helped me out so much and I appreciated the humanly conversation that wasnt strained or fake in anyway. We ended up showing each other pictures of our pit bulls and discussing different features of our different phones. Thank you so much!!!

Came in to get my new phone activated. Google Pixel XL. Rep told me right away that it wasnt compatible because it was a Verizon phone. Before even having verified his facts. I told him that its an unlocked device and will work with any carrier. And he confirmed and proceeded to activate my phone. A little bit later, a WVC police officer comes in to get a charger replaced for his phone. They have a good chat and joke around while they get him a charger. Heres where the negative review comes from. As soon as the officer leaves. They chuckle and start making remarks about pigs and getting enough sausage for breakfast, etc. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I would recommend those who protect our streets go elsewhere.

Had an upgrade on my service on 05/04/2017 around noon, both girls and the manager were excellent, they spend time setting up my new cell and were very informative about my cell, excellent customer service, great management, great team, I still dont understand why people go to the Sprint on 5600 west and 2700 south when they hardly have people working there and always wait for at least 30 to 40 minutes, this Sprint store is my place from now on.
