I always love going to Jo-anns specifically for their very nice fabric selection. The one thing I hate about every time I go there is when I go to get my fabric cut. Most of the people there (more specifically the older ladies) treat me like I am a complete idiot and know nothing about fabric or the projects I plan to work on. They are just plain rude and every time I walk away questioning myself even though I have been sewing clothes, quilts, blankets, dolls, and other crafts for as long as I can remember. I hate how rude they are and how the employees seem to know nothing. I called just the other day to see how much a rotary cutter and a rotary mat were, I sat on the phone for over 15 minutes while the employee asked someone else. I ended up just hanging up the phone as I realized their employees really know absolutely nothing. I am so disappointed and I am unsure of if I will continue to shop here.

It is what it is. Large craft store that just wants your money. The employees always have a deer in the headlights look and you can often hear them talking to supervisors, reminding them that its been 7 hours since they had a break. They have the lowest prices for crafts and have a large variety of floral decor, bead/jewelry making, fabric, scrap booking supplies, and much more. They can be really tricky with their sale adds so just take a closer look at what the add says and what you want.

An excellent selection of fabrics and crafts but on the pricey side. Also had a hard time locating store personnel and when found 2 were very curt and didnt seem at all interested in helping me to locate items I was searching for. The checkout lane design made me feel claustrophobic since once in line theres no way to go forward or back without squeezing through people and the wait time to get to checkout ridiculously slow.

I read the negative reviews on this Joanns before I went there. I found the women helpful and very friendly and the store clean and well-stocked with a lot of craft items I wasnt expecting to find in a fabric store. (Ive notified Google Maps that the location is incorrect, the store is actually on the south side of Riverdale Road, east of and across 1050 West from Target.)

Customer service sucks. I go bc they have what I need but they never have enough employees so lines are long, if u dont know where something is dont expect help and their phone number is bogus nobody ever answers. Truly the worst customer service ever!

Horrible wait times this location. They do not have enough staff on the weekends to adequately take care of customers, it will over 3 hours from walking into the store to getting out for my wife to grab some thread and fabric.

I went to Jo-Anns on in Riverdale this week. They had so much fun and beautiful products for the home! I went there for fabric but left with a whole bunch of other goodies. The store was clean and the staff super friendly!

At the moment its the only sewing supply store within 30 minutes drive. Its a great JoAnns. They are horrible at cutting fabric and I hate it, but its the only place I have to go with my schedule.
