I have been a loyal customer to this location for years. I had a large mailbox and moved to a the smallest mailbox available and always kept current with their RIP OFF prices. They made more than enough money off me in the several years I was with them. But I moved out of state and needed to close out my account. Trouble is Patrick the owner/manager is now holding my mail ransom. Since the account was late. I need to pay $55 for two months and a late fee to get my mail. "Its like rent, you dont pay rent, you dont get to stay," he says. I was surprised at this hardline change of attitude. Everything was fine and well when I was shelling out ridiculous amounts of cash for an overpriced mailbox, but when I need to close my account, pick up my mail, everything is different. Not, hey thanks for being a loyal customer for years, we understand, heres your mail. Good luck on your move. Nope, its pay or screw you. My mail is definitely not worth $55. Ill deal with the inconvenience of notifying the senders. So you decide for yourself, but I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE!

I tried to drop off a pre-paid USPS package to be picked up by the USPS and shipped here. I was told that it is against this stores policy to accept pre-paid USPS packages for pick up, but the clerk (acting like a manager, may have been a manager) said "since this one is small, I will make an exception this time." It seems that if they dont get to mark up the USPS shipping rates and take their cut, they wont accept them for pick up. Apparently business is good enough here for them to turn away customers. I realize that this particular time I was not spending any money, but I have been to this location numerous times in the past and paid money to ship packages. I will not go back here to ship any packages, or purchase any merchandise, if they refuse to make it a convenient place to stop for all of your shipping needs.

Shipped a phone to my family to Canada. Asked these guys to minimize my costs since Im not an eBay seller or anything, so I paid them $30 for the box + shipping. After the phone arrived in Canada, they added on another $75 import tax because of the way UPS structured my order, which this office guaranteed would not happen. If I had known, I wouldve just waited until the next time I flew back home. I will never be doing business or shipping anything from here again. Do not recommend this place if youre shipping anything internationally. They do not know their stuff and I would not put it past them to have intentionally done this to maximize sales.

This place sucks! I went to print a 2 page document (black and white) and it cost $2.38. I complained about the pricing and the clerk told me they charge $2 to RIP a document (in real terms, this means to push ctrl + P). As I was saying what a load that was, the fat clerk turned and walked away from me. My girlfriend has been to this place and has had similarly bad treatment. The clerk there made her stand outside in the heat while she went on break. If there were 0 stars, that would be my rating as they dont deserve even the 1. If you are needing this type of service in the area, I would recommend going to the one downtown,

We have been going here for quite a long time, and all the times that I have used their service it was always excellent. The workers know what they are doing and offer great customer service. I can always rely on them to get my stuff taken care of. I would definitely come back.

First time going there website says hrs are till 7pm get there door closed at 6 very upsetting and nerve wrecking Im a business account holder with ups and now my customers product will be late because of false advertisement thanks ups.

Purchased a box to ship my books and they wouldnt except my other books I had to send through USPS even though they ship priority mail for them there. Not a good store to go to for students. Will not be going back.

Not pleased at all. Went to this store to get some documents printed but they didnt have a clue how to do it but atleast they allowed me to use their computer in the back to do what I needed done.
