A representative by the name of Keith misled me and straight up lied about the tempered glass I bought with him. He told me that I was covered for life on the glass and anything that happened to them, I would get it replaced for free. 3 days later my glass broke on my phone. When I tried to go back to replace it they said I would have to pay $40 for a new one and that the life time was only if it got bubbles on the glass. Manager by the name of Chris told me tough luck cant do anything about it. I asked for district managers contact info and refused to even give me an email address. It wasnt about the $38 dollars I would have to pay. But the principle about the lie I was told was what made me upset and would definitely not recommend this store to any friends. This store will hear from me again.

Excellent staff. Very attentive & honest! They answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my experience. The store manager Jared is very involved as well and makes the once stressful task of buying a phone and setting up a phone plan feel like a breeze! I absolutely recommend going to this Sprint location! Im so pleased with my experience. :)

Everytime Ive been to this store there has only been one employee there to help customers and its been the same guy everytime. He has never introduced himself, has never had a name tag, and everytime I leave I feel like I wasted every moment of my time. Save yourself the poor service and just go to the Layton store, they are MUCH better.

Juan was incredibly rude. Terrible customer service and terrible table side manner. I called in with a question and was promptly told that he couldnt help me then hung up on me while I was in the middle of a sentence. Stay clear of this store. Or at least stay clear of this employee.

I switched from AT&T and Im saving money with my new Sprint service! The guys at this store were great! They answered all my questions and now Im making all my friends jealous since I have the new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge!

They are friendly here. Verizon is best in Utah for service, tried the rest and I am with Verizon now for a year and havent had problems
