Do you not go to this location people are very unprofessional you will see people working in there without work cothes and they say theyre not working when they are one blonde lady in a Utah jazz shirt that was stained and sweatpants and a girl named Rita The lady in the Utah jazz shirt was very very rude saying she own the store and saying that her manager said it was OK to wear that that kinda wear I called customer service after this experience and was told this location was unfit ive had other complaints they told me the lady was not the owner so the reason I went to the store was to return my iPhone 6 Plus they gave me excuses after excuses saying I couldnt return it I was within my limits so I had to go get my stuff for the iPhone so I did I told him Im not going to pay this thing off in two years I want to make payments so I gave him the phone back and got a cheaper phone at Best Buy because I felt like I got cheated from them she also told me the lady named Rita said I would not receive my $300 credit for switching from Verizon when I already got it see consistent saying no you didnt get it and I told her customer care on the phone said that was not correct what the store had said and that you get your credit of $300 I proceeded to say I have the gift card they gave me she looked at me like Im a liar and I was worthless there was only one professional dressed and she was very nice And didnt feel like talking she was the one that was helping the other ladies was telling her just help me with my account and she proceeded to say that she was overwhelmed and nodded and agreed with me so dont ever ever go to the store this is the unprofessional store the blonde lady will yell at you saying she owns the store when she dose not and Rita will scam you

I have went in there many time the first time I went in I was help but Austin I was less then happy about the Help I got. However I went back to the location because it was the nearest location to my house there was an employee their name Cheryl who is beyond helpful she went out of her way to get deposits wait for me. And then I had fraud take place on my account she spent over four hours of her own time trying to make everything right. All I can say is that Cheryl is the only reason I am still with at&t

I have been to this store multiple times and usually I receive wonderful service, employees are kind and more than willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately I had a negative experience today with the employee Austin. He was short, unwilling to help and told me to call customer care multiple times. After our encounter I felt as if I had inconvenienced him by coming into the store. I know I can call customer care, I came into the retail location to get more personable service and was disappointed.

The manager fails to tell you everything thats involved with your purchase... you are told your bill will be $100 and you get your bill and is 300! What a joke! Im very disappointed! After I spent 4 hours waiting in store for a phone, I get the shock of a bill that is over double. Will not be returning to this location.

I have been going to this location for years and have generally received very good service. My last experIenece however was exceptional. I was assisted by Cheryl and she was able to answer all my questions and help me with everything I needed. I will continue to use this location for technical support.
