Over the past few years this location has gone down hill. The shoppers and the staff are mostly rude. Their baggers have no idea what they are doing. For example: canned goods in a bag with bananas, on multiple occasions. I now go to a location further away because of things like the bananas getting smashed and bruised, putting soap with produce, cashiers on their phone and not scanning product on the belt, cashiers not saying more than 2 words to the customer they are helping but discussing sports or parties with co-workers, the produce area being picked clean, shelves bare, produce or meat going bad in 2 days, customers are snotty to other shoppers, teenage baggers with no training, an crappy attitude, popping gum and smirking, and there are always kids running through the store with no adult to be found. The parking lot is crowded and a mess as well. I only stop here if I have to. Its the closest location to me.

They generally do a good job. Tiffany the pharmacist has gone out of her way to make sure they stock my meds . Sometimes the techs get confused and it has led to me having to wait an extra day or 2 for my meds. But in general everything goes smooth. And like every pharmacy bring a book if youre waiting on your meds

This Frys Food has some of the best customer service. There is always someone friendly to help you out, and they have good selection. Yes, it may not be the prettiest grocery store I have ever been to, but the service there is second to none.

Employees are always very friendly and this particular frys is the only one I know of that carries all of my Walden farm items. So many different varieties of everything by Walden. Always easy to get in and out quickly. Love it!!!

Selection feels a little more limited than others ive been to. Overall, frys is a good grocery store. The staff is helpful, and the place is maintained. Its just the selection cause this one tends to not have everything i need.

Horrible, horrible customer service and they are always out of something. I went in for a gallon of milk and asked a nearby employee for help and she told me to "go ask someone else!" I will never set foot in this store again.

I like this Frys... As far as South Mountain goes, the one on 24th is by far the best!!! But this one is def 2nd vs the 51st location (too busy!!!) or the one in Tempe (too small for the area!). This one is...just... right...

They have excellent staff if you need help finding something, great sales and freshly baked pies and cakes, along with deli type foods. Big meat department area fresh bread and vegetables right around the corner.
