I was miss informed on the next program. I was told the phone was the same cost to do this as it was to do a 2 year contract. Also I was told I could make extra payments to get the phone paid off faster. When I went in to make the extra payment I found out I was lied to. The phone is at full cost and can not make an extra payment. I asked them if they would be willing to help me in any way and they said absolutely not. If they would have explained that to me not lie to me then I would not have went with this option. After a few minuets of talking with the emplyee, he started getting attitude and also reccomended I go with a different company. I have had AT&T ever sense I have had a phone. I have also used this location for over 5 years. when I talked to the manager he had no intention to even try to make things right. Also had nothing to say to the employee about telling to go with another phone company. I would never recommend this store. Make the extra few minute drive and go to another store. Absolutly hated this visit and has to be the worst I have ever had! If you choose this store, best of luck to you.

GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE. SERIOUSLY. Went here twice in the same week. The first time I was completely ignored- an employee went around and checked on everyone but skipped over me and went to stand by the door. I tried to wave him down but someone walked in the door and he started helping them instead. Waited another ten minutes for another employee to at least acknowledge me before giving up and leaving. Second time the manager opened the door and "greeted" us- no smile- and when I said I wanted to renew my contract and get a "free" phone (as in one of the phones that are ~$0.99 with the contract renewal) and she said to me in the most condescending tone "We dont have anything free." Okay. Im not stupid. Obviously its not literally free. When I explained that I meant one of the cheaper phones, she said "Okay, well (employee) will explain it to you." and handed us off. Everything the employee said was 100% scripted in a very monotone "Im here to get my paycheck" voice. Walked out and wont be going back.

I went into this store because I needed to get an upgrade, was met with nothing but hostility! George was the associate who was supposed to be helping me, but I was met with nothing but eye rolls at my questions, he also spoke over me when I attempted to ask him a question about the activation fee-several times, and told me flat out that he thought I was the one being hostile and even asked if I understood that I needed to pay for my new phone! When a manager came over, George preceded to lie to him saying that I never asked him the question about the activation fee, and tried to argue with me in front of the manager. To make matters worse, the manager did NOTHING to assist and instead stood there while George was trying to argue with me! Wouldnt recommend using this location, if you do have to however, ask for Adam-he seemed to be the only competent male employee in the whole bunch.

I called in to see what current deals where running. i had the employee (no one ever says there name here) who answered the phone verify my account i was eligible for a upgrade. I drive all the way down based on the information given to me to get a new phone only to be told they couldnt do what was promised. Not even the manager would help. they forced there asinine next deal down your throat. Fed up i left and called the location in the mall. The manager Chase was more then happy to help and gave me the same deal this location said they could on the phone. i have always come to the Riverdale store and put up with long lines, uneducated employees, and unprofessional attitudes. I WILL NEVER goto this location again. If it wasnt for Chase at the Mall Location i would probably pay the fees and leave ATT all together.

I got a Samsung Captive which had problems. It was within the one year warranty when I took it in to get a repair or placement. They gave me a number to call to send out a replacement. The salesperson said once I get the replacement I could bring in my old and new phones to get the data transferred. I called the phone number and instead of giving me the replacement phone that was promised, they had me reformat my phone, losing all the data saved within the apps. It fixed the problems my Captivate had for about a week but by then the one year warranty had expired and I am now stuck with a problematic phone. Not to mention, shortly after I bought my phone from AT&T I saw that you can most of the phones they have there at Walmart for less than half the price.

they sold me a defective phone in July. I tried to return it the next day but they said I would have to work with insurance company since I had elected to take it. They said they could replace it immediately if I took Direct TV or a security system. I went through the insurance company and they replaced it, but then charged me $199 deductible. After checking with them the store should have replaced my phone immediately, and I should have not been referred to insurance. They cannot waive the deductible....and I am getting a run around. I guess I will have to take court action.

This store only gives you moderate attention when you are going in to make a big purchase, like transferring your service to att. If you are there for small things or help you get ignored and bumped around. They also dont correct their mistakes. We bought 3 phones with 3 screen protectors and all 3 were not properly installed. We had to go through the warranty on the screen protectors and the att store would take no responsibility for their lack of skill. It would have been nice to know upfront. We would have gone elsewhere.

If you dont know anything about phones about how cell phone companies work, dont go writing negative reviews because of YOUR laziness to obtain information beforehand. Anyway Im inclined to write a review because the service I received was so top notch. I mean I was going in to do something I could have done myself online, pretty sure there was little or no commission, and I felt like a millionaire the way I was respected. I HIGHLY recommend this store, and AT&T.

I got screwed! I told that man four times, I did not want to change anything about my plan if it meant I would loose my unlimited data. I was out right lied to! He told me in front of my wife and an employee that everything would stay the same. Now, at the end of my billing cycle, I learn that "Data usage which exceeds your plan allowance will be billed at $10 per additional 1GB." A business that tries to trick or fool its customers will not have them for long.

I drive past multiple Spring communication stores that call themselves AT&T just to get to this store. This is the only corporate AT&T store in the Ogden area. I have been going to this store for over 5 years because of the service and price. The store manager really understands and can answer any questions you have. Plus they looked up my work discount and I know receive 19% off my bill every month.
