Horrible, horrible, horrible. I am a longtime Sprint customer and love their service overall. However, I was on the other side of town and being that this store is quiet and not crowded, I called them 2 hours in advance to ask for a specific phone and told them I was coming in to buy it. I planned my whole day around it, ran errands, and had been waiting for this day to upgrade my very broken phone to a new WHITE IPHONE 4S. The attendant told me he absolutely had my phone and to come on in. I drove all the way out there and as I walked in, he told me he sold my phone and said.... "you can order one with us or get a different phone." I declined thinking, < I could have done that online.> The whole point was to walk in, purchase my phone, the he CONFIRMED WAS IN STOCK, and walk out happy. Long story short, I went to another store and had a great experience. BUT not without a lot of wasted time and gas money. My advice to you: ask a lot of quesitons before you go in, this store is NEW and perhaps the employees are TOO!? They could be blowing smoke to get you in the store, happy shopping!!

Absolutely the worst. This is a 3rd party Sprint so anyone will be better off going to a corporate Sprint Store. The employees Amanda, Shantelle, Zack, and Juan are all spiteful and deceitful. These fraudulent employees will open new lines of service and sell phones on customers accounts without the account owners authorization and authentication. Instead of fixing their wrong-doing they will try to hide it under the rug and beat around the bush pretending like they have done nothing wrong. They dont take accountability for their actions and all they care about is getting sales. Take it from me DO NOT let these employees assist you they look out after their own benefit not the customers. These were Juans exact words "We are able to bypass the system and make sales without requiring the pin number or security question on accounts"

Every time I come in I am helped right away, Ive always had a great experience with the staff and manager. I dont remember their names but one of them was a man with brownish hair helped me save money on my bill and they were all more than happy to help. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who is having issues or wants honest customer service. Two thumbs up from me

This store treated me with the up most respect and integrity. I had a dilemma with another phone service and they rectified everything for me and brought me back to a reasonable plan that I could handle financially. I would recommend them to anyone

They are horrible here tbh , they convinced me to get another phone plan because it would be cheaper and my bill was even more expensive! They never know what they are talking about. Im just saying this in all honesty, sprint sucks

Just left with my new Iphone 4s and cant be any happier with my service. They not only switched me from Verizon but they loaded my contacts and emails for me. Definitely will return!
