Simply, they have no idea what they are doing. Months ago, I asked them to transfer the account holder in my plan...it ended it up cancelling my original account that cost me more than 250 dollars to put the plan back together. In the meanwhile, they were showing you the "I can do nothing" face. No one in the store seems to care or show any respect to their customers. The only good thing again is that AT&T kept their garbages working in stores instead of harming the human race outside.

Check your bills close after you do business at the store. They add item/service to your bill you did not request. It took me two months to cancel services I did not ask for. No apology from any one at store and local district manager never called back.

Mike is the best manager you can meet and discuss with him anything. He is really helpful. He would give you discount if possible. I would always go there if I have any issues with my bill.
