Ive had a plan with verizon since I was in 5th grade, the plan itself is even older than that as my parents had it a while before adding me. Weve always been loyal, paid our bills, referred everyone because we thought verizon was the best. We have every line on our plan maxed out and have for a while. Recently my husband and I (hes also been added to our plan) were going to be splitting up and he was branching onto his own plan. We have been treated absolutely terribly. The tech that he signed up with in this store and verified employment with did not put down the discount that he was supposed to. We returned the phone within 14 days but kept the line open in case we decided to branch off our parents and start our own plan. We were told it would be 15 dollars a month to keep the line open and we could decide whenever. 2 months later we have almost 250 in bills. The plan was supposed to be 110 a month with the edge payment and after the discount. Not only is it 80 dollars a month to hold the line open which we were lied to about, they didnt give him his discount for his employer which was 18%. They refuse to go back and discount what was supposed to be discounted from the beginning. Because their tech told us the discount was added and it wasnt we are now having to pay for it. They made us take back in his employment verification at which time they said they wouldnt accept his pay stubs because his name is abbreviated which they said nothing about before. All fine and dandy except they refuse to discount the whole bill and we are trying to shut the phone down. The reps have been extremely rude and weve been lied to and manipulated and verizon wants all this money essentially for nothing. For an open phone line. And then they wont honor the discount that was supposed to be given in the first place. We are extremely disappointed and we are all going to be moving companies and will no longer refer verizon to anyone. Way to treat your lasting customers great! Really disappointed with the store and the company in general.

First off, we waited in the store for almost 2 hours before being helped. But thats not what Im most upset about: I purchased the new iPhone 6s from this store. After I’d purchased it, the sales associate tried to make sure that I everything from my old iPhone was transferred to my new one. However, I’d already updated my old iPhone with the new IOS update and the iPhone 6s didn’t have the same update. The sales associate did not want to wait for us to update my new iPhone so he sent us home. He told me that he would not erase my old iPhone until I gave him the go ahead just in case something went wrong. Well, everything had transferred over to my new phone just fine except for my Photo Stream. I texted him the next morning at 8am. He did not respond until 11am, over 3 hours later. And in his response he said that he was sorry but he already sent my phone back to be erased. Can you even believe that?! He promises not to erase until he gets the “okay” from me, and then when I tell him he doesn’t have it – he erases my phone anyway! I was livid. How unprofessional can you be?! And I informed him with plenty of time, and first thing during business hours, too! And the worst part is the manager of the store reached out to me about my experience. When I shared what happened to me, he told me that I had no idea how iCloud works and that I am basically an idiot. When I responded and told him that I absolutely do understand how iCloud works and he hadn’t listened to me properly, he asked if he could call me to resolve the issue. I thought “Great! I’m glad he’s making an effort to make this better.” However, he NEVER called me or followed up. Talk about unprofessional. This store has no idea what customer service is and worse yet, cannot keep to their word. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store and can most certainly tell you I will not return and will warn people not to go here either. What a terrible experience and awful management.

After spending countless days at the store and waiting over 4 to 5 different times with customer service representatives leaving for over half an hour at a time, we still ended up with a lemon of the phone and then were nickel and dimed in trying to return it. Our brand-new phone kept dropping calls over and over and over, they sent my new phone to the wrong address, we lost the money we paid for the tempered glass screen, but worst of all they still would not refund us the $35 restocking fee that they stated they have to charge us!!! Dont waste your time or money at this store!!! As a prior review stated, sales associates are standing around not willing to help you. Now its even been over a week and Adam Mower, the general manager, still hasnt had the courtesy to call me back or get this resolved at all. No one in the store wants to be helpful or fix problems!!! A final update: It has been over a month and not a single person from the store has called me back. I filed a complaint with Verizon Corporate to which they will be investigating this store for all of the complaints!!! Only Verizon Corporate was willing to try and resolve any issues I have had. They have applied credits to my account for having to deal with such idiots at this store and try to repair the damage done by Adam Mower and his staff!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

I am very disappointed and frustrated after my visit , the second I walked in the store I knew it wasnt going to be an easy in and out. Three out of the five employees were just standing around talking to each other while I was in line behind an older couple and a family of 6 kids. I could literally feel the frustration from everyone else in the room. Finally when it was my turn say 30-45 mins later the guy was rude and barely let me talk and explain what I was looking for in a phone , he automatically tried to sell me a bundle, when I politely thanked him for the offer and refused ,he kept pestering 5 maybe 6 more times . I know he would get commission but COME ON MAN. He was sooooo pushy about trying to get me to spend my max budget. I decided I wanted to upgrade my phone and this is not the first time I have done this so I basically know the process. He went to the back for about 10 mins came up with what ? THE BUNDLE. ARE. YOU. SERIOUS . I told him one more time I just want the phone that is it. As he is ringing me up he walks away really fast comes back with another guy and it turns out he charges me not my upgrade price but the full retail price and he cant fix it and recommends I shop online . So then he says I either pay the full price or go online. I am utterly speechless at this point, so I leave. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME...
