Went to this store and opened an account, went there on three different occasions and it was closed during business hours, on the forth trip the owner was there, ask him what the problem was, said he couldnt help me and he told me to get the F--- out of his store. He also lost most all of my pictures from my old phone when he tried to transfer the pictures to the new phone, which was only about 10 pictures. Very rude and arrogant

I stopped in Sunday at 2:50 to do some grocery shopping and to pay my phone bill. I finished my shopping at 3:00 and walked next door to the metro pcs store to find them closed at 3:03 the metro pcs website stated the store was open until 4:00. Thanks for the inconvenience of having to return to the store!

The service is good, they open untill 7 pm, nice in the store but METRO PCs policy is bad.
