Took my Bricked LG G6 to them (Yes the same boot loop issue LG has had for years is back with their latest phone). T-Mobile is unwilling to do the right thing and allow me to return the phone (outside the 14 day "Buyers Remorse" time frame). Instead they are only offering to replace the phone through my "Jump Insurance" and an additional $5.00 fee). So, The Device is just over 30 days old and bricked. I have not only a warranty on the phone but also Jump Insurance on the phone yet it will be replaced with a "Certified Used" phone which then I have to pay an additional $5 for!! Its simple, T-Mobile and possibly all the other Mobile Service providers have lost their minds and are only interested in ONE thing. They no longer care if you say you are going to leave for another provider. They ONLY care about getting as much cash out of their customers as they can possibly suck out of them. Thats it!! MONEY MONEY MONEY! So my question is to anyone who reads this review and has an issue with their phone (LG or other) is have you had enough like me?

Since moving to Utah 8 years ago Ive come to this store for all my T-mobile needs. Sure there were times where they were busy and I had to wait but whatever! The service I got was professional and they went above and beyond taking care of their customers. Being a busy store is a great sign! Id be questioning if the store was vacant. These guys are honest, fair and the real deal. Its the best T-Mobile store Ive ever done business with.

Worst possible store to go to. Employees there are delusional and try to scheme you out of your money and services. Kaleb dosnt try to calm you down they simmer you up and tell you sorry we cant help. Go to Centerville store they hooked me up in less then 30 min

Nice, but Id recommend the one outside the mall over by Garcias. Some of the employees here treat the customers like theyre stupid and try to lure them into paying for overpriced service and phones; Where as the one outside the mall doesnt.

This is one of the most helpful locations in Layton! The people are generally very helpful especially Hayden and Brittney. These two are very friendly and quick to help and solve problems.

If you like to wait an hour and a half for an incompetent employee go here. Ive tried many time to like this store, because it is so close to my house but this was the last time.
