There are too many things to list here about T-Mobile in general, so Ill keep it specific to this store. I went in on 10/17/2015 to upgrade my iPhone 6 to the 6s and was told by the T-Mobile loyalty department that I would be able to upgrade with $0 down. The two men working were helpful and nice, however, they told me Id need to put nearly $500 down on this new iPhone 6s even though I was told differently by T-Mobile loyalty. I didnt see how that would make any sense since I could walk into the Sprint store and get a new iPhone 6s for $0 down. The T-Mobile employee assured me that Sprint would not give my fiancé and I new iPhones at $0 down. Being as fed up with T-Mobile and all the bs Ive dealt with for the past year and a half (Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 12 years, and always had to deal with bs with them but it only got really ridiculous this last year and a half) I walked down to the Sprint store a couple doors down and was greeted promptly by their employees who asked me what they could help me with. I said, "I am sick of T-Mobile" the rest is history. We signed up with Sprint, we walked out with not one, but 3 new iPhone 6s, all with cases and screen protectors, a free tablet, and our bill is $100 less than we were paying with T-Mobile! I literally could not be happier! So to the T-Mobile employee who said Sprint wouldnt give me an iPhone with zero down, yeah I guess you were right, instead they gave me 3 iPhone 6s with $0 down!!!Oh and I forgot to mention Sprint also paid off what we did owe on our T-Mobile phones too! We went from "mytmobile" to BYE T-Mobile!!!

I have been with Tmobile for over 7 years now. I visited this location to order the new iPhone 6s Plus. The employee that worked with me was very disorganized. I had to repeat questions several time to get an answer. I verified with him several times that the order had been placed correctly but was not completely assured. When I viewed my receipt email the next day, I noticed that he had ordered the iPhone 6s rather than the iPhone 6s Plus. I called Customer Care immediately but it had already shipped. I was told that I would receive a tracking number that day and then I could contact UPS, reverse the shipment, and have the charge reversed. Several days later, the package was delivered although I had never received a tracking number. I refused the package and then the following day, I attempted to speak with Customer Care to reverse the charge on my card. The agent would not help me because I am not the primary on the account. If you would like to avoid several weeks of being pushed around by Tmobiles terrible Customer Service in an effort to get your own money back then I RECOMMEND VISITING ANY TMOBILE LOCATION THAN THIS ONE.

I have been a T Mobile customer for 9 years and counting. The few times I have had problems, I talked to Customer Care and got it worked out to my satisfaction. When I hit a certain mark in time they called me to inform me that since I had been a loyal customer for so long that they offered me a discounted rate for my unlimited family plan. When a new phone came out that my wife and I both wanted, even though we had only upgraded our handsets 8 months prior and were not eligible for a new upgrade for another 6 months, Customer Care did an over ride on both of our phones and we were able to get the new phones at full discount. The service coverage sometimes isnt great, with occasional dropped calls, but it isnt that common. The people in the store are always ready to help out and give great advice.

Do not sign up with Tmobile. I came to the end of a 2 yr agreement and was shopping for a different provider. Went to 3 stores to double and triple check things and all told me that I would get a loyalty rate of $89 and a 15% discount for being a Univ employee. I got signed up for 2 more yrs and the first 2 months they honored their promise. Then after the first 2 months jacked up my bill and denied the discount. I called customer service who said it was a glitch in the system and that they couldnt do anything about it. They said no to the discount and said I couldnt get out of the contract early without incurring the early termination fee of $200 on each line. Ive sent a formal complaint to the BBB and awaiting to hear a response. They wont stand by their retail stores.

BE AWARE!!!!!!! This store is NOT selling T-Mobile Phones. I am still stuck with Rebate Promotional Visa Card. As per T-Mobile Rebate Center Investigation Team, The phone sold to me by T-Mobile Store# 8828 is NOT T-Mobile Phone so they will not process promotional rebate. I will have to dispute the credit card transaction if rebate did not processed. I do have a recording from Rebate Center so I am covered. Please make sure you also covered!!!

The salesman told me that I was unable to unlock my phone (paid in full) once I cancel my contract. He said it would be impossible for me to use the phone in Europe with a contract elsewhere, because the US has a monopoly on phones. He refused to go any further. I called T-Mobile, they told me he was wrong and unlocked my phone. Amazing. The staff here does not know what they are talking about.

Dishonest and inconsistent. AVOID! I went in on a Sunday asking for the exact same service my boyfriend had received the day before. The girl at the counter was getting ready to help me out but then some awful excuse for a human jumped out of no where claiming they could not do it. Oh really? Because you did it yesterday. Eff this place and eff tmobile in general.

Ridiculous, that have no idea what they are doing. Thought it might be easier just to take care of some things at the store instead of on the phone and that turned out to be a mistake. Wasted about an hour, accomplished nothing and in fact had to reverse some of their mistakes over the phone with customer service.

Rudest employees out of any T-Mobile store Ive ever been to. Youd be more likely to stumble across a unicorn than to find a friendly sales associate at this store (Ive had to go to this location 3 different times in the past year and each experience gets even worse.)

Ever been in a store where no one cared that you were there? Try this store out! I felt like I was being helped by people that were being forced to work there against their will. Left without a phone and without a desire to ever go back!

All I wanted was a screen protector. There were 3 people behind the counter, all dealing with service contracts. After a 20-minute wait to buy a $17 item, I walked out and got it 100 feet away - installed and warrantied - for $2 more.

Great staff and customer service, was able to get me set up with the new Samsung watch and help me pay off 2 of my phones. Thank you for all of your help.
