Worst customer service ever. I own a straight talk S4 that I purchased from Straight Talk. I just got married and I was added to the family plan on AT&T. After talking to a sales rep there, he recommended using tricked out accessories to unlock my phone. He had worked there previously and told me that it would take them about 30 mins and about $35. It seemed very reasonable. So trusting in his description of this company, I went ahead and ported my number over AT&T, got a new sim, and went on my merry way. The next morning I went to get the phone unlocked with no angst. I interacted with an employee who was relatively unaware of how the process would work and merely told me that the instructions and code would be sent to my email, or it would just automatically unlock itself. Magically. And the estimated time for this to be accomplished was 1-24 hours. All this for a small sum of $74. Great. So I drove 4 hours in a moving van without a cell phone(the number had already been ported) hoping for the best. I checked my email about 30 times that day, with no email. I checked the next morning....nothing. I waiting until 30 hours had passed before I called them. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes. It was then that I was informed that the "server" had gone down and my request was just now being processed. Where was the notification email to advise me of the delay? Maybe a phone call? I was instructed to call back in about 2 hours. I did. I was on hold for about 10 mins. I was then informed that it would be sent within an hour and that if it wasnt that I should call them. Well guess what? IT CAME. And it contained no information other than IMEI: 35819########## Unlock Code: NETWORK=6####### PROVIDER=958####### SUBPROVIDER=40####### DEFREEZE=470####### EXTRA=0######## Obviously the "#"s were inserted by me. There were no instructions, nothing. So I called AGAIN. I was only on hold for about 7 minutes this time. The gentleman walked me through the steps and it didnt do anything. So I did them again. And again. With the new sim, the old sim, with no sim. Nothing happened. They are advertising a service that they cannot provide. I just spoke with the manager and he told me that they cant refund me because they did give me a good code. Well I purchased a complete service, not just a code. They advertise unlocking cell phones, not sending you a code with no instructions. Worst experience I have ever had with any company, ever. Im now 4 hours away from any store with a Galaxy S4 with no working phone and no prospects of using my samsung. Avoid this company. I never post reviews, but I felt obliged to post this one. You can almost tell how pissed off I am about the whole thing, right? Now this whole debacle might not be a big deal for someone who is in no hurry, and does not need a cell phone. If you want to spend $74 for nothing, be on hold for over 30 mins, this is the place for you.

Ok Ive always shopped at Tricked Out accessories and had a great experience! However today I went in to the gateway TRICKED OUT to switch out my case I just recently bought because it broke at the spot where you can put the phone on vibrate. So I have two cases for my 6s Plus. ON for work that has stellie which is on my UAG case that I use for work. Then when Im home I use my slim case (SPIGEN) and it broke just recently. So I went to the Gateway Tricked Out and Megan Heiner was the BEST!!! I explained my story to here and she game me several options to choose from put it on then we got to talking about the steelie! Next thing I know she had grabbed a new one and put in on my slim Spegian case where it was flush and said here you are!!! INCREDIBLE AND IS THE BEST. Ive never felt so thankful for something when it was just the case! Megan you are the true meaning of customer support and I will continue to shop with her as long as I own a phone. So people stop messing around with these different shops and buy from TRICKED OUT

So I originally went to tricked out accessories because I had a cracked Ipad screen. Upon picking my Ipad up I had asssumed that all issues had been resolved but after a day or so I noticed a multitude of other issues with my device that had not been present prior. I went in with one issue an came out with three 1st being that the home button wasnt securely pfashioned as it was prior to my dropping Ipad off. 2 my battery life was affected by their "fix" an could no longer hold a charge like it could before. 3 the tempered glass they upsold me on was not properly fashioned as well an cracked right away. The woman that worked there forced me to write a good review an made me fell very uncomfortable plus she smelled really bad that might have been the worst part. I dont recommend this place at all!!! Ever!!!

Clearly this is the store to visit. Almost all reviews are 5 star. The folks over at Tricked Out in the Gateway mall are fantastic. I had an iPhone 6 Plus that had some screen issues. I described the problem and they diagnosed it without seeing the phone. I then took the phone in and within an hour or so they had reconnected the loose connection and it was working fine. THEY DID ALL THIS FOR FREE!!!! People shouldnt expect free service and I would have gladly paid. I had a problem and they fixed it, whether it was simple or not. That being said, they did do it for free, they got it done fast, they were very knowledgeable about the issue and, they were friendly and respectful while doing it. I plan on going to them in the future! Andrew

Was referred by the ATT store to go here for an accessory for a new phone. When I got there I was shown an adpt for the headphones that the salesmans was 100% it would work. Skeptical I asked to try it before buying and it didnt even fit the phone. Salesman was just eager to make a sale and get on with other customers. Then I asked to have a protective cover put on the touch screen of the phone. The saleman said it would take 10 minutes. 40 minutes later after the salesman stopped helping me to make quick sales of cell phone covers to other customers he was finally done. And it cost me $25!!! Then I asked for a validation for parking and was denied!!! Horible time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy anything from this store!!! I purchased a Skull Candy headset w/microphone for my cell phone. The jack was the wrong size. Even though Tricked Out did not have the correct adapter, the salesman assured me that I could find the correct adapter at Walmart. He was wrong. I then went to Radio Shack where they didnt have one that worked with my phone either. My wife tried to return it for a refund the very next day and was refused. I tried to call them several times with no answer and I tried to send an e-mail through their contact page on their website. It wouldnt send. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from this store again and Ill tell everyone I know not to set foot in their door.
