What great customer service! I went to the Mybullfrog Verizon on Rural & Baseline, in Tempe for an iPhone upgrade. I had previously shopped at a corporate Verizon store and was not happy with the service and was pleasantly surprised to find Tyler and the rest of the staff ready to jump in and help. Not only were they professional, but they handled my concerns properly and with great results. Another great part of the story, they saved me $250.00 on the price of the phone, compared to the corporate Verizon store. By the time my new iPhone was loaded with the previous data (they tranferred everything, including setting up the phone with email, etc.), I felt like we were friends. They were just great people trying hard to be good at what they did for a living. Its really nice when run across young people who actually care about their job and give it the respect it deserves. I really felt like it was a great human experience and not at all like a corporate experience, where youre just a number. Thanks again everyone! Regards, Jack King

Over the course of 4 days, my brother and I visited multiple Verizon Wireless stores. Our shopping experience was horrible and at one location a salesperson actually waved her hand in my face and said...Umm, you are wrong! I was defeated and was just going order online and wait weeks. We took a chance, walked into GoWireless and we were SO glad we did. They can provide service just like a Verizon store, with the HUGE difference being they are NICE! They care, they took so much time to make sure the work was done right and they were so helpful. James M. was wonderful every step of the way. We noted over and over again how much better our service experience was. I wont try to fight through the cattle call at a regular mall store with kids that dont want to help you with your problem. We will continue to work with a great retail location that makes is personable and works to earn and retain your business. Great job, guys!

I would recommend against coming here. Theres an official Verizon store not much farther at Tempe Marketplace that you would be better off going to. Every time Ive come into this store its always been about trying to get more money from me in every way they can. SIM cards are completely free at a regular Verizon store, but they charge $10 here, something the employees failed to mention twice, even after commenting on how high that seemed. Then they tried to charge me $20 for transferring pictures and contacts between my old and new phone... something I did at home on my computer for free in less than 5 minutes. Also their accessory prices are abhorrently high. $30 for an audio cable which you can get online for about $6. Its clear their priorities arent with their customers. This place should be avoided if possible.

John came right over after Jasmine started assisting me with one thing. He proactively said he could better help me with a prior issue getting an app again with my new phone and accessing it withfewersteps. I was thankful because I have to get on there several times a day. He also helped with another app so Ill be notified when Ive saved money with Wal-Mart Savings Catcher and can again get an e gift card. He also asked if he could check my account to make sure I wont be over charged for Data anymore. He really looked out for me like I was his mother or best friend. This man offers exceptional customer service that is rarely seen to this degree. To top everything else off, he downloaded all available versions of the Bible for me. I had thought a few wouldve been fine. I am happily overwhelmed! Mary B

Wow! Phenomenal customer service. I worked with Jazmin C. and the girl knows her stuff! I got the new 7 a few days ago but have been having trouble getting full service (it was splitting service with my 6s Plus and the 7 whenever I was near wifi). Jazmin streamlined the process of switching service from 1 phone to another, plus got me dialed in with a case and screen protector for my new phone! It took all of 20 minutes. No wait time either! Plus, she was helping another customer at the same time. She divided her time perfectly and was very resourceful. Great customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this location!! Its the fastest and most knowledgeable location Ive been to; I wanted to tip her for being so awesome and easy to work with.

If I could rate them a zero I would. They told me a month ago I could switch my plan to lower data for $70 since Im always on wifi all I needed was a piece of mail. Then I go back a month later with my piece of mail and the same guy was there and he instructs this other guy what to do and goes to help someone else. This guy then tells me a different story trying to charge me more money. When I told him I was told something else, he got rude and told me to call the guy over here when thats in fact his job. I left just paying my bill and not changing anything. And my boyfriend didnt buy a phone case because they were so rude. Ill never go back to this store. Its my second encounter with this store and both times they were rude.

Best experience Ive had dealing with a retail company. I was greeted upon entering the door by the manager, Kenny. Who was able to help me handle my phone problems. He was creative at solving the issues I had and also offered other means to care for the issues. Looking at some of the poor reviews, all I can say is that a store has its capabilities and limitations, all of them do, if you are upset with one store, try another. If you decide to try this store, you will be met with the epitome of customer service and professionalism, and frankly, that is what is needed in much of the world we live in today. They tried to rip my girl off. What a joke. Lady was rude and said a glass screen protector was $80 with warrenty? And she was going to have to pay a $50 fee for exchanging phones. Then she proceeded to tell her that no other Verizon store would do any better for her...Hahah really?! Solid sales skills. She walked out and good for her. Went down the street to Tempe market place and she paid $60 for a new phone, glass screen protector with warrenty, and a $100 Bluetooth speaker. Stay away from this "premium retailer scam". Tempe market place will be getting a 5 star.

We had what turned out to be a terrible experience the first time my wife and I went to buy two new phones. Communication was bad, sales people assumed too much and did not work good as a team. We were not prepared with google passwords (which we never use) .... and phone information was lost.Plus, it took a lot of time. However, once management found out the issues and problems, they jumped in, rescheduled new appointments and made everything as right as they could. We will both go back to this location, understanding that there are trainees at work at times.

I happened into this store by accident. I really wanted an actual VERIZON store where I was fully expecting to be there for hours and to walk out annoyed, having spent too much money. Michael greeted me right at the door and within 60 seconds I had exactly what I needed. Feeling like I was being listen too, I explain other issues I was having and Michael had AMAZING answers for each and every problem. I was there in far less time that I imagined and happy with my purchases!
