I am 100% impressed, shocked, amazed, etc... finding time review a business on Google is a rarity to say the least. However, the level of professionalism that Mr. Christian Ledesma displayed both over the phone when I called the store, AND in person when I arrived, deserves tons of recognition!! Christian not only helped me understand all of my options regarding phone service, AND he got me a great deal, AND got me in and out quickly w a full understanding of my plan, HE DID IT AFTER THE STORE CLOSED!! I was very hesitant showing up at the store 2 minutes prior to closing, I didnt want to keep anyone there late. Im conditioned, I suppose, by our retail climate that herds customers out the door at the moment the store closes, but this was not at all that way... He was always smiling, polite and courteous to myself and one other customer who also showed up at the last moment before closing... We never felt rushed or that we were a nousance to him in any way. He seemed to truly enjoy helping us and was focused on ensuring we as customers were happy with our purchases.. This type of employee seems to be that of a dying breed, go see Christian, Im sure glad I did!! Mr. WIRELESS TOYS sir, Christian is the reason I did business at your store. Keep up the great work guys!!

Been in there three times all times been rude went in there to buy Metro Pcs phone waited 3 hours then find out that the phone was not in there stock but it was in there store 2nd time when in there to find out way the phone not sending cell signal got told to hold while he talked Spanish to one of his fronds 3 rd time Closed at time that they where supposed to be open so went to t- moble store to find out how to clear calling history ( Stay out of there tooo ) got told it would be 2 to three hours to flash the phone waited 3 and got told had had to wait - finaly got my pone and left when to the store on County club and Southern would go back to that one again

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service offered. I went in to get my iPhone six (the small one) screen repaired and potentially upgrade to the 6 plus. They didnt try to hustle me for a new phone, instead they gave reasons why I should keep my old one as the most cost effective option. Gilbert and christian were very helpful. Not only did they make my phone look and feel brand new, but they helped me pick out the best phone protector for my lifestyle. Furthermore, the "selfie" camera couldnt be fixed so they ordered a new part and will repair it cost free to me for the inconvenience. I definitely recommend this place!

BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!! The worst customer service and most rude manager I have ever dealt with...EVER!! Purchased a (very expensive!!) T-mobile phone for one of my employees (I have Verizon). Two days later he switched to Verizon and got his own phone (was not used more than two day!). I went in the very next week to "exchange it", not return it!! Just to exchange it to a Verizon phone and was told I could not exchange it! Even told him I would be willing to pay a restocking or exchange fee, but the manager said "NO" in a very rude, condescending manner! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

Horrible experience 1st time went Tempe location spend over $250 flashed phone later found out by Verizon that the phone was stolen was told nothing can be done no new phone offered so had buy replacement phone so went to this location baseline/mesa was sold 2nd flashed phone was told my internet and pictures would work guess what doesn’t work told them & again told nothing could be done they would even trade me phone spent about $120 for this phone, Rip-off **** beware dont recommend them at all.

They sold me a phone at a great price, with the services I needed for less the cost of what I was paying before. The guys at the store were quite patient on showing me how to use many of the apps that i dont know how to use. Overall great service, will keep coming back!

Wish I could rate it ZERO. Miguel tried to rip me off on a garbage phone after wasting 2 hours of my time. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Ive had great experience and all other wireless toyz, just went to this one for convenience. Huge mistake.

I got my iPhone 6plus fixed. It looks really nice but the screen has sensitivity issues and I cant talk to Siri anymore cuz it doesnt work... So they screwed something up... Service was fast tho

I had to get my phone fully flashed to Cricket. After reading these reviews I was hesitant to come in. Christian told me it would take 20 minutes but he finished in 10. I was impressed.

Been here three times, every time the store opened late. As much as one hour. Sign says open Sunday but turns out they are closed. Very poor customer service!
