I went into this store because my phone wouldnt turn on. I was the first one in the store when they opened and had the chance to work with Brett Horrocks. GREAT GUY! He was very thorough with getting me taken care of. After a quick 10 minutes, as I was in a hurry to get to work, he was able to diagnose the problem and order me a replacement phone. During that time I was also able to talk to him about doing a possible upgrade on my account. He was very helpful for the short amount of time I spent with him that morning. That same day I found a phone I could use in the mean time of me waiting for my replacement. I noticed I was having problems getting it working even after calling technical support. I decided to go into the store again. Luckily Brett was there and I was able to work with him again, where he was able to diagnose what was wrong with the temporary phone I was going to use. He was able to get it fixed promptly and quickly. The day I got my phone I was still noticing issues so again I went to the store. Again, Brett was there so I worked with him since he knew my problems I was having. To no surprise, he was able to get everything fixed for me again. I later scheduled an appointment with him to come and do the upgrades. After getting everything taken care of for the upgrades we found we were a little short on payment. We almost had to cancel the whole thing until Brett was able to explain and offer the "EDGE" program to me. I was able to continue with upgrading 2 new phones as well as purchasing a tablet that I had wanted for over 6 months but couldnt quite afford. After activating our phones one phone and the tablet started working right away. One phone was taking a little longer, I felt it was taking too long to load and start working, so I again went to Brett for help. He was again able to diagnose and fix the issues with my phone. I would strongly recommend going to this location and if Brett is available work with him. He was able to get everything taken care of for me quick and efficiently. I only hope his Manager knows how much I appreciate his help.

Hello everyone. I went into this store location at 2-19-14 around 7:15pm they closed at 8pm. When I first arrived I thought it would be a good experience because I was greeted. I told them how my phone wouldnt turn on because of the power button. The lady quickly said oh we dont fix phones and walked away. Me and my family sat there for 35 mins after my mom made an "appointment" with another worker, the person that helped her said it would only be around 10min until we can have help. As closing came and my family was done, we saw people coming in the store to purchase a phone and were being helped before us. Finally we had someone come, and it was the lady that ran away at the door. I told her our problem once again, then she rudely interrupted me saying sorry I looked up your profile you have no insurance, so I cant help. I wanted to discuss the option of possibly buying a new phone but she must have thought we were poor or something haha. My family left pretty disappointed, the lady that greeted us gave a last attempt at opening the door( a nice gesture). But then she looked over to my mom( which is in a wheelchair due to ms) and said I didnt think you could get the door. It sounded quite rude and we really wanted to quite or account( we have been loyal customers to Verizon for 6 years) but that would be out of our budget. So overall I do not recommend this store. They were rude, no customer service, did not give any options like other stores we have gone to and etc. I am sorry for ever wasting my time here, thank you Verizon I cannot wait till our contract is over!

Would not recommend this location. Visited this store on 10/10/14 at 1:30 PM. Was immediately greeted and only waited 10 minutes. The rep who initially assisted me was good; I was then passed off to another rep who would apply a screen cover to my new phone. He was friendly enough, though he did not introduce himself and I had to wait awhile before he even acknowledged me. His shift was ending so he passed me off to someone else without any introduction or eye contact from the next rep, who continued transferring my contacts to my new phone. He had been told during the transfer that I would also like my email accounts set up on the new phone, but handed my phone to me like he was done. I then asked about the email account set up and he said "look its easy, you can do it, just click here and there are instructions." This is my first iPhone. Easy or not, I requested help and then did not get it. He did not offer to put my items in a bag either and was already moving on to the next person waiting. While standing here, I overheard a manager talking to a woman who came in looking for help with her pre-pay phone plan. The woman was frustrated because she could not get a straight answer to her questions and when she asked for clarification, the manager spoke very rudely to her. Poor customer service. Unfortunately for me, I had already paid so it was too late to change my mind. If it werent for the discount I get at Verizon through my company, I would probably never use them again. I will definitely not go back to this particular store.

I love reading the reviews of others because it goes to show that not everybody has experienced dealing with the public. Getting between a person and their phone is like getting between a momma bear and her cub. Everyday they get yelled at but every time I go there they are always trying to give a great experience. For those of you who dont back up your photos, contacts and whatever is sooooo important, dont blame it on the staff, they didnt make you irresponsible. For those of you who "dont want to be sold to" dont go into a retail store! Every time I go to this store they do everything that they can. It isnt always want I want to hear but they do try. VERIZON allows me to have service in the middle of nowhere. Not apple, not samsung, not LG, VERIZON does. This store wouldnt be so busy if people took some initiative and looked up ON THEIR DEVICE what the issue was rather than going to a RETAIL store and then there wouldnt be a 45 min wait. I dont know why people think that the retail stores are there to troubleshoot phones, they dont make the product they just make the product work where I need it. I would never go to Wal-Mart to have them troubleshoot a tv I bought, I would contact the manufacturer. I still scratch my head as to why this is different with phones, especially when all of our answers are at our fingertips.

We have dealt with this store in the past and had FANTASTIC service from employees that really cared about how they represented the front face of Verizon. Unfortunately, I cant say the same about our visit today. The first rep that we spoke to told us the incorrect price of the brand new Samsung Galaxy 4S which was being purchased out of plan. When the price was questioned he coped a huge attitude and due the situation we were in, the conversation went from bad to worse. He actually ask us to leave the store. We asked for James who we had been dealing with over the phone. Lets just say he was late for a family barbeque and wasnt wanting to help at all. While this was all going on, the manager who was in plain view did nothing to intervene and show some customer service at all. Due to my husbands phone being stolen from his desk at work, we were willing to purchase a brand new phone without any upgrades at full price. Due to the customer service or shall I say TOTAL LACK THEREOF, we walked out without a phone and we will be going elsewhere. Nick the store manager really needs to take some classes in management and customer service. When we have gone in the past to this store it was always busy. Not so much anymore. I would not recommend this store at all.
