Im extremely displeased with my experience at this store. I went into the store with $1,000 cash to purchase a new phone. The representative that assisted me was extremely nice but I was in a hurry to get back to work, so I was a bit rushed. I purchased a new phone case and the Galaxy s8. The representative pulled out a wireless charger and spoke of it as it was included with the purchase of my phone. My total came to $983.00, I ran out of the door without really thinking of the overall total. After a couple of days I realized that figure didnt add up and upon reviewing my receipt I realized I was charged $89.99 for the wireless charger. I was simply going to return the product, but unfortunately while moving somethings between vehicles it fell out and was run over by my father. I filled out the survey about my experience and heard from the store manager Jose. He was seemingly willing to work with me but required me to come in store to do so. I had to reschedule with him twice. Upon our last appointment I arrived 15 minutes early. He reached out to me at the ti me we were scheduled to meet staying he would be 15 to 20 minutes late, which made my time cut too short. He asked to reschedule but this stores location is extremely inconvenient for me to get to. So I told him to call it what it was as a situation unresolved and to leave it at that. So now Im out 90 bucks and 45 minutes of my time.

UPDATE: Online it showed I could upgrade my phone. I thought, well instead of waiting lets go get the phone today. I didnt submit the app as I had problems with the website. I went in, the staff were eager to get my plan changed over to post paid from prepaid. They charged me $50 and said have a good day. Wait? I went in for a phone and to change to post paid. Well, they said I had to pay for the phone, thats not what it said online. So they got everything back to prepaid, but advised they couldnt refund my $50 Id have to wait for a prepaid card in the mail. NOT ACCEPTABLE! They dont listen to the customers inquiries, they dont understand what the customer requests, Ive filed a complaint directly with T-Mobile regarding the store. The reps on the phone are very helpful and listen to your concerns. DONT GO TO THIS STORE. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO NOT GET WHAT YOU FIND YOU CAN GET! OLD POST: The store staff is pretty helpful. The online and phone techs told me I could exchange with the store. This store claims they "cant process warranty exchanges" after Ive had 3 T-Mobile people tell me that they can. Not sure theyre willing to help people out after all =/

I went to exchange my broken phone. They dont do in store exchanges. She said I could go to the Apple Store and exchange it no problem there. I drove to the closest Apple store and talked to the technician who told me I needed an appointment to do that and that it would cost me A LOT of money, and due to the fact it was Saturday Id have to wait until Monday to schedule an appointment. Im paying extra money a month for insurance for my phone just to be told to go another place and waste my time and gas. I am absolutely disgusted with what happened. I will NEVER NEVER recommend this location to anybody.

My usual store is in American Fork, UT and I went to them to get assistance with switching my IPhone from AT&T to T-Mobile and they gave me several different things to do. After several visits and terrible customer service, except Kyle, I decided to go to the Draper store off of Bangerter and I spoke with Jared who had everything switched and my phone set up in ten minutes. Jared had the best customer service easy to work with and knew what he was doing. After two weeks of frustration Jared restored my faith in T-Mobile. Thank you Jared.

So slow. Only 1 person working. After 23 minutes and still not finished helping ONE person, I just left. Didnt acknowledge I was waiting in line or apologize for the wait. The lady working also didnt help any of the other people in line besides the current customer, like ask what the needed, ask if they could finish with their current customer and then they would be right with them, etc. Bad experience. Wont be to this store again.

Not a good sign when you know more about T-Mobile policy than the staff.
