Bad Apple has helped me out a numer of times. The first time I came in was after I took my phone with a broken screen into TechMD and got it replaced. However their fix didnt work and happened to damage my phone even further. After many desperate attempts I found out about Bad Apple and took it in. They worked on it for a few days, seeing what they could get done, my phone (already with the screen falling off for the second time), was unfixable. We ordered a new phone however there was nothing they could do to transport my beloved pictures and data to my new phone due to how much damage was done. I lost everything and was devestated. They didnt charge me anything for the trouble and were so kind through the process. Next, I just brought my phone to get another new phone information transphered because my previous died due to water damage. They did all they could for water damage but they were unsuccessful. When my new phone arrived they tried three attempts on transporting my data. After three days of work, they finally figured out how to work on transporting the info from my old finicky phone. I was in a rush to get it fixed in a timely matter as I was to leave on vacation to Cancun two days later. They figured it out for me and got everything settled for me. They made sure everything was transported onto my new phone and worked in a timely matter in order to accommodate me. Bad Apples a customer-first business who!s mission and founder hold and stand by their standards to which theyve set. I actually got a chance to meet one of the founders, David, at a mutual friends going away for college party in which he offered further advice on my first incident and gave enlightening tips. So thankful to him and his team for all their continued efforts to help society pick back up and continue running after their main communication and interaction source of our everyday lives. Wonderful, professional establishment and company!

I stopped by Bad Apple a few weeks ago because I had an original iPhone 6 that wouldn’t charge consistently and when it would charge, it would drain very quickly. I considered this normal wear and tear on the phone and decided to consider replacing the battery and the charge port. I looked up Bad Apple’s prices on their website, decided they were reasonable and went into the store. When I got there, I met Rob and Mitch who were both exceptional to work with. I began the conversation by asking them to replace my battery and charge port, and they could have easily taken my money for each service. Instead, they recommended we try cleaning the charge port before replacing it. They were right, it worked perfectly after cleaning it. I had them replace my battery still as I simply wanted longer battery life and it was almost 3 years old. Also, I had recently purchased a protective screen that I had with me and asked them if they’d put it on for me. They did without hesitation, and did a great job. So, at the end of the day, I got 3 services for the price of one and had a great experience. Shortly thereafter, I took my wife’s phone in and had them do the same routine. They were more than willing to do it and in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I love that it feels like I have a brand-new iPhone and it cost me less than $50.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Bad Apple in Draper today. I was greeted warmly and treated very well. Overall, I was impressed that I was treated first and foremost as a person, and not as a number, or someone they simply wanted money from. Alyssa was very kind and walked me through how they would look into the problem I was having with my iPhone. She was very kind and open as she talked about the possible problems it may be. They asked if they could have the phone for 60-90 minutes and I was fine with that. Later, when I went in to pick it up Alyssa and Rob were very kind and truthful with me. My phone didnt need any new parts, it just needed a little intestinal clean up and they did that for me without any ridiculous or useless fees. They were very kind, friendly, and like I said earlier . . . real. Thanks Rob and Alyssa. Oh, and did I say they are open til 8pm; very good hours for working professionals. Thanks again.

I have already written a review for the bad apple in Draper but because they continue to take such great care of me, I absolutely HAVE to write another. After experiencing some water damage and having my charge port, speaker, and headphone jack replaced for an amazing price, my phone unfortunately continued to have a few problems. Bad apple told me this could happen and it did. My battery would drain very quickly so I had that replaced at a great price. After the battery was replaced, for some strange reason my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth was acting up. The manager at the Draper bad apple, Alyssa, replaced the wifi cable for me for free. It literally took her 15 minutes and it completely cured my phone. I am a believer that if you take care of your customers, your business will thrive. I wish nothing but the best for Alyssa and her store. They deserve nothing but the best and will continue to get every referral I can give to them!

I was promptly and professionally greeted when I walked through the door at Bad Apple. The young lady at the front desk was helping someone else and said she would be right with me. Without hesitation the other members of the team engaged me to assist. Everyone was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was so impressed I came back to the office and commented to my team about my experience at Bad Apple. To my surprise when I returned the following day to pick up my sons Ipad it was repaired AT NO CHARGE! They said it only took a second to fix it and they didnt feel good about charging me for it! Great job guys! You will always have my business and I will be sure to spread the word! THANK YOU! Bad Apple = GOOD EGGS!

Wow AMAZING service!! My daughter has a Samsung Galaxy S5 with a cracked screen that finally quit working. She was absolutely devastated thinking she might lose her pics and data. Ive had another S5 thats unused that would power off every 2 minutes. My idea was to swap screens between the two phones. I asked minimum of 6 different companies to swap out screens. I got "impossible", "just buy a new phone", "too much work", "too difficult ", etc. I took the two phones to Alyssa Wyatt at Bad Apple Draper. A couple hours and the phone worked and looked like new for an AMAZING price. Old fashioned, friendly, quality service at its finest! Ms. Wyatt is a genius. Beyond happy I dont have to buy a new phone for my daughter!

Great service!! Took my wifes iPhone there as it was stuck in recovery mode. Had already spent several days working with apple technical support online, over the phone and in the store with no success. Even worked with the carrier to see what options there were. Out of desperation we went to Bad Apple thinking we were really going to buy a used phone from them. Rob took the phone and asked if we wanted it out of recovery mode....well of course! But we were not optimistic as no one else could make it work. Well, he got it fixed right away. First stop for sure the next time we have any issue. Saved us $750 today. Thanks Rob and Bad Apple!!
