Ive been with tmobile for a long period of time since my first brick out dated phone to their new galaxy s3 and i love it..but when you sighn a contract saying youll be paying 80 something dollars per month and turn around and charge you $300, money and emotions aint something you can mess around. I went through my contract over and over and it says unlimited text this is the third time and im starting to think these guys are worst than a commission car salesman, make a sale and kick him to the curb -.-. to make it worst when the person promised to fix what they messed up on doesnt work their anymore your on your own buddy, thats the answer i got. Kevin sighned me up and it seemed like its was his first day, rule #3 when making a sale never turn a customer over to someone else without full knowledge of where youre at on the sales process thats a big no no. Dont call in with any problems or questions you have because it seems like only one person works their every day "sorry im with a customer" or "let me get your phone number and ill call you back" really Kevin?!! why would you answer the f$%#*(& phone when your with a customer thats a GOLDEN RULE never ever try to up another customer when your working with one already. When you go to AF tmobile ask for A.J. hes the only person thats get shiz done in that store if hes not their come back when he is or else youll be dealing with Kevin -.- sorry dude but youre messing up from start to end you still havent redeemed yourself.

Let me premise this with my bias ... I love t-mobile, I love their service, I love their customer care, I love their plans ... as a matter of fact I have shopped several of the t-mobile stores and have walked away a happy clam. But! The American Fork store leaves a lot to be desired. The store manager lies out of his teeth (for example last week he claimed that t-mobile wouldnt have any sales this holiday season so we should just buy a phone right then, and then this week [during a sale period] he claims that there will not be any other sales for Thanksgiving weekend ... even though hours before we contacted t-mobile via phone and they told us that a new sale would roll out on Sunday) he is unwilling to help with service issues, we had to take our service issue to the customer service phones to get resolved, and he tries to sell frivolous things (presumably for the commission, such as a full coverage insurance plan on a 3 year old phone!). My advice ... skip the AF store and go up to the Salt Lake Valley to find a better store ... such a disappointment AF.

I had read the reviews before I stopped in the store and I was scared. I needed a prepaid sim card for a project and thought I can not really get screwed on a prepaid. I have been a Tmobile customer for over 15 years. I have to say the service was AMAZING. I ended up adding 2 lines for my kids for FREE. The cost was only $1/month (unlimited texts and 500 minutes/month - free Tmobile calls and nights and weekends). I was a little scared that this is what really had happened and so I called Tmobile just to confirm that what I had been told was all true. It WAS! The were AWESOME. As a side note, there were only 2 people working at the store when I went in and while I was taken care of immediately 3 other customers did walk in and have to wait for me. So their experience may be a little different as they had to wait. Im sure once they were with them - It was the best service as it was the best customer service that I have had in years. I had to write to let you know that while there may be some bad experiences mine was GREAT!

4 years ago I decided to try t mobile service and I will always regretted, at that time they had a promotion to move to t mobile and the promotion said that you can try their service for 1 month I even ask them to check if they have good service in the area that I live and they told me yes, the issue was that their coverage was terrible and we where never able to use the phones so we return the devices and got our money back in full (2 lines 2 phones) 5 months after I got a collection agency letter saying that we owe them for the service, at that point I paid them to forget about it since then they keep reporting on my credit so I call their customer service so they can give a letter telling that I dont owe them anything and at this point they tell me that they dont have history of my account (847839416) I am so frustrated with not only for reporting negatively without a reason but for also not be willing to help. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE THEIR COVERAGE IS BAD.

I cant believe that i have to write a negative review. I always am willing to give businesses a benefit of doubt. Do not go to this t mobile branch and id even recommend not changing to their phone service. Their store manager Clint and employees have made claims and actively lie to customer to push their sells. When confronted they lie and cover up, when customer support is contacted they actively tell you that its your fault for believing their claims. If there was a way to post recordings of their customer support stating "that their sells teams are encouraged to push the sales at all costs" i would post them here for everyone to know about. I ask for anyone considering changing to just people look into their service make an educated decision about changing, do not trust anyone involved with this branch or phone service.

Ive been here once before and the man who helped my wife and I was absolutely amazing! But I went in today to get my phone fixed and I will NEVER go back. Plenty of workers were there to help anyone who came in, but as I was being helped all anyone was doing was standing around gossiping about their dates last night. I tried to inform the girl that I have insurance on my phone but she obviously didnt listen. She did the least amount of work possible and told me "I dont want to wait for my computer to load so here call this phone number." And then turned back around to continue her conversation. Completely igoring me and any questions I continued to ask her. They were all very rude and unprofessional. I am the customer. Supposed to be the most important part of the job. Not your gossip.

Every time you go to this store there are totally new employees. They make any promise to get you out the door and then dont follow through. When you go back no one has ever heard of the person who made the unfulfilled promises. So frustrating! Then today I have to deal with assistant manager Daryl and his scared-of-his-shadow lackey Thomas. Neither one of them know a thing about their jobs and want me to stand in the store and talk to customer service on the phone. Really? To top it off Daryl is one of the most arrogant and condescending people I have met in recent memory. I think they give these kids a 30 minute training and turn them loose.
