I have been at T-Mobile for the majority of my cell phone having days but the past few weeks have made me want to leave them for good. I went in to ask about a trade in for my lg g4. I was briefly helped and then left to wander the store. After a while I picked a phone I liked. I alerted one of the workers I was ready to start the process. My big mistake was that this guy was new. I go through the process of getting the phone and doing my trade in. He tells me I can get a lowly $46 for my phone. Not what I hoped but oh well. Then he asks how I want to use this money. Use for my phone or for some accessories. I pick accessories and find some I like. Oh wait theres a catch you have to spend $70 to use the money for it. Not a huge deal I suppose, and I pick put some more things to make it $70. He goes to put it in and theres another catch. I actually cant use the money from my old phone to pay for these accessories. Okay... So I add it to my phone plan and finally after about 30 min of paperwork etc I am heading out the door. They also didnt have any of my new phone in stock so I have to wait up to a week for it to ship (and pay for shipping). Almost a week goes by and they havent sent me anything saying that the phone is shipped. I decide to call them to see if I can change the address since it hasnt shipped and they tell me that I hadnt signed something and that that was why it had not shipped yet. They send it to me via email and say they will ship it (and refund my shipping charge of $7). It will take another 7 days.. After the first 7 days ends (and no I can not pay them extra to overnight it, etc). Eventually after almost 2 weeks my phone arrives. I put on the screen protector. It is a simple process where you put your phone in a holder and use a roller to roll it across. The top is stuck, however and created tiny bubbles everywhere it connected to the set up. I tried to fix it but nothing worked. I went into the South towne mall location just to see if they can tell me if the problem is covered under a warranty. He dismissively tells me to go onto some website and check and that there was nothing he could do. He then tells me that he is better at putting screen protectors on and turns back to his computer. I go into the store next store and buy a tempered glass screen protector. I usually dont buy accessories from T-Mobile and this again proves why. I am still paying for a screen protector that it is in the trash that I never would have bought if I wasnt pressured under false pretenses. My taste for T-Mobile is, Im afraid, eternally soured. I will do research into switching carriers shortly. Also... Never call T-Mobile stores unless you have a tiny and direct question. Call 611. At the store they are just trying to get you off the phone as soon as possible and have no actual desire to answer your question.

Just did a jump this morning and had a terrible experience. I got the iPhone 6s plus and first Tony was pretty clueless. He always had to ask the other employee (who didnt have a name tag so I cant name him) how to do things and answer questions. And I know for a fact that he has worked there for months because I have dealt with him before. Then as I was about to pay the $100 down payment for the 64GB iPhone the total suddenly went to $138 and change. I asked why and they said well it just changed but the paper that is by the exact phone I bought said $99.99. I asked if there was a way to only have me pay the listed price for the down payment or do a credit towards the account and they refused. If there is a listed price in the store thats what should be paid, I have a picture that I took before I left the store. I wont return and will go to someone elses franchise. I hope the owner Tom Andra reads these reviews as there seems to be a pattern coming to light with issues at this store.

I have been there multiple times over the last 2 years and have never had a problem. The staff there are amazing! Every time I have come in with a question or to upgrade, they went above and beyond to answer my questions and get the best deal for my needs. From what I have noticed, it is tmobiles computers/network that really slow them down. It takes a long time to make changes to your account when the T-Mobile system is slow. Many times while I have been waiting for the system, Ive told the employees to go help other people.

Very dishonest and scam. I went this store to open 3 lines. The store manager, Skyler, offered me to buy $600 worth of accessories then will give me 20% discount for lifetime. It has been 5 months now and still the discount has not been applied fully. I have been contacting Skyler but now he is not even answering my call. I have been contacting TMobile to get this issue resolved.

The manager skyler is awesome! He is willing to bend over backwards for you, and truly takes care of you. I have worked with him many times over the past year, Hes really knowledgeable and nice. All of the empolyees are super willing to work with you and friendly as well. I choose this location over anywhere else!

Employees are either dishonest or incompetent. Asked for a specific pay as you go plan. Multiple employees said the plan did not exist. After much back and forth it wasnt until I showed them on their own website on another phone the exact plan I wanted. They then magically figured out how to add it.

My experience was good. The clerk who helped me was very friendly and helpful. However, there were a few things I was told that would be set up on my account that didnt happen and they denied that they had ever told me what they had. There was also some mix ups my parents experienced there too.

Scammed me for a sale. Sold 500.00 worth of accessories to me as a "special" for buying a new phone. Had flyers and accessory package pamphlets. All accessories showed up on my bill. T-Mobile said they did not authorize the sale and to return them, by then it was too late.

They can be busy at times. If you go in during a busy time you will end up waiting a fair amount until somebody is free, so you may wish to plan for that. Theyve always given me good service and helpful answers whenever Ive needed them.

Signed me up for things I didnt want and used my brothers account without his permission to add unwanted data, insurance plans, etc just to meet a quota. Very untrustworthy branch and I do not recommend to anyone.

Updating my phone and had questions. Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable. Had an issue after the store had closed but he answered the phone and walked me through all steps and questions. Best customer service!
