My experience at this branch was above and beyond all expectations! The associate Joe O. was not only very knowledgeable and helpful, he was very friendly and made me very happy that I use Go Wireless! He explained everything in great detail and helped me to save on my familys monthly plan and not lose any data/coverage! The customer service that Joe O. provided should and could be used as a model for all employees!! Thank you Go Wireless and a huge thanks to Joe O.!!

Had a great experience with first Sean and then Daniel. My mother had broken her phone and they gave her a deal with a replacement phone and tablet. Sean then managed to transfer all of moms contacts which was a ordeal with how the phone was broken but he managed to get them transferred. Then Daniel set up the tablet. These two men were very knowledgable and had great customer service skills. Love Verizon!

This place was awesome! Van was extremely considerate and knowledgable with us and took the time to meet all of our needs as best his capability. Like any Verizon store, the length if time spent is a given. But when youre in the habds of such great employees, its makes it all worth it. Shout out to Van and the Store Manager Curtis! I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone!

Josh was extremely helpful today. I got a Google pixel phone and Josh has one so he showed me a lot of tips and tricks, answered all my questions, showed me where stuff is, helped me setup icons and explained the whole cloud thing. He was very polite and patient. Very satisfied with the customer service Josh gave me. Will definitely be going back to this location.

My original visit here didnt go very well and my original review wasnt that great but I then got a call from the manager who more than took care of me and made sure that I was satisfied and a happy customer and I thank him very much for his help and his service!! I somehow managed to jam my SIM card into my new phone, and came into the store panicked. Matthew managed to use his creativity to get the SIM card out, and Curtis & Van were moral supports and so incredibly patient with me. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!!!

If you like accessories they like to sell them, but dont have the best selection. Big upseller on accessories and extra fees that you dont get from Verizon directly. If you have issues they cant do much except call Verizon with you.

This store was amazing!!! My note 5 screen blacked on me and with in the hour they had me a new phone and all my info restored, and they allowed my 2 yr old to stack all the stuff on their shells in towers just to keep her happy!!
