very good customer service Exelente girl who took our order paola k kreo was called was referred by a friend myo. And it was very good, I helped us choose the best phone for nesesitas k. and for much less than what i wanted to spend. Despite how busy each customer was gave the attencion and help nesesitaban service is working much better than cricket we went mui well informed and knowing exactly what ke we had the VAT be a month as much thanks! I recommend this store. The only shop where and visited and as really the representative has conosimiento of each phone the store is very clean

I visited this location to add a hot spot to my plan and I was interrupted by someone and the cashier, Aileen R., began conversing with the person who interrupted my transaction about something irrelevant while I was waiting for Her to continue my order. After I was done with my purchase Aileen began helping a customer and I , as a buying customer, had one last question and She told me to wait because She was handling a customer order. Of course all of them were Mexican and speaking Spanish and in Her eyes Im black and dont deserve equal service.

Doesnt honor prices as found on the Boost website. The guy on the phone said "uh our prices just changed" which is hogwash. Make sure you CALL and confirm the prices before wasting your time driving there.
