This place has got to have the worst customer service. I purchased one of the more expensive atv batteries because of the 2 year warranty. Now a year later the battery will not hold a charge. They made up excuse after excuse about why it wasnt holding a charge. We must have let it freeze and kept it out in the cold. My husband is an industrial electrician and works with batteries all the time! He knows how to take care of them. They said that we would need to leave it there so that they could try and charge it. We left it there for 3 days and they said yep it wont hold a charge but we cant give you a new one. The warranty only covers manufacture defects. What! They said since we brought the battery in below 7 volts that they could warranty it. Hello that is why I am bringing it in! It wont hold a charge! Needless to say I will never purchase anything from them again and I will net recommend them to anyone! They are full of excuses and their warranties are a bunch of crap.

This morning my car wouldnt start, and after jumping, it wouldnt retain charge. I was looking at a 300ish Alternator + labor, or a 100ish Car battery. When I came in, I was ready to pay for the battery, but they insisted I do a full battery check first. They discovered corrosion in my terminal wires, and they proceeded to replace my terminals and also add a post cover, cleaned up the remaining posts and then verified that my old batteries was charging correctly (they let me sit in the parking lot and charge my car and retested it again after 20 minutes). Wow, they actually down sold me from a $119 car battery to less then $15 for parts. They refused to charge me for about an hour of labor. I try to do my own car maintenance whenever I can, so I appreciated the professionalism and individual care displayed by this store. Will probably go to them for all my light bulb and battery needs even though they are a little out of my way.

I called ahead of time and talked to the kid working at the store about getting my battery replaced in my phone. I provided the type of phone and he said they would be able to do it. When I got there they said they thought they had a replacement, but after checking it wasnt in stock and they wouldnt be able to help me. Its a 15-20 min drive for me so that wasted most of an hour. I then tried the Orem location. I set up a service appointment and planned my day because the Orem store was 35 minutes from my home. A bit before my scheduled appointment they called and said the computer was down and they wouldnt be able to help me. To add insult to injury, that night I got an email from them saying I had not showed up for my appointment. I ended up going to bad apple. It was half the price and amazing service with no problems.

We went to Batteries Plus Bulbs when my iPhone 5c screen got totally cracked all over so we had them replace the screen and I noticed that it wasnt really on all the way after a couple of days then a couple weeks after I dropped it on the carpet and the screen came completely off and I think the LCD went out or something but Im not really that good with phones I know that wouldnt happen from dropping it on the Carpet we were thinking of going here to fix our LCD problem on the phone but were too afraid that they might not put the screen on all the way or if they might not be able to fix the LCD and so I wouldnt recommend having them fix your screen cuz we paid a lot of money to get it replaced and they didnt even put it on correctly so that was a huge waste of money

The battery recommended by Batteries+Bulbs is larger than the one I had, but my car is running better with it than it ever has! Not just when starting, all the time. Seems like Im getting stronger sparks now. Since it was physically larger, I needed to purchase new hardware to fit around it to hold it down (it did fit on the battery tray). Batteries+Bulbs had everything I needed, for cheap. Other places I would have expected to be gouged on items like this that Id be stuck without. They also had a tool tray with all the tools I could need, available for my use. Finally, it was bitter cold when I came in. A store employee came outside and helped me for like half an hour. Outstanding service! I wish I remembered his name.

Horrible. I went in to get a simple watch battery replaced with their $4.99 coupon. The kid could barely get the back of the watch off and after 10 minutes tells me that he isnt able to replace the battery and Id have to take it to a jeweler. Instead, I went to Walmart, bought the battery and went home and replaced it in less than 2 minutes. And I got the back of the watch back on, something he was unable to do. If this kid couldnt do it, he should have asked for help from a supervisor before sending me off for something that I could do in less than two minutes without the training or the proper tools. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

The worst! they jacked up the gasket on my wifes watch so that it was sticking out, and then the back fell off at Disneyland. We went back in and they wouldnt hear about it, it was our fault the back fell off 3 days later.. then they asked us to leave. Flash ahead to a month later the f****** battery died, the damn battery they installed died!, we went back in to get a new battery (a real new battery) and once again they wouldnt help us, it was apparently our fault it died

Bought a couple $100 batteries. Brought them home and one leaked all over my floor. Car to garage floor and somehow thats my fault. I went in to try and exchange it for a more expensive "sealed cell" battery that wouldnt leak, they wont take the battery back. Seriously? Feels like the important thing here is nickel and dimeing the customer vs customer service. My business is going somewhere else and recommend you do the same

Went in to buy a new battery and did in fact buy a new battery but had them put my old battery that was dead as dead on their charger just for the heck of it. They called the next day and said my old battery was salvaged and testing well and that they would take the new battery back. 5 stars. And by the way I have a very nice automated charger at home and it would not touch this battery it was too dead.

This location of Batteries Plus does a great job. I had to get a new battery in my truck and they tested it with me, and then they even installed it for me right there on the spot! Ive got back for other battery needs just because they are so good. I highly recommend going there instead of just a normal parts store.

These guys are like the Radio Shack of light bulbs, batteries and other items. They are locally owned and treat their customers right. I dont have a need to go here very often, so I gave them 3 stars. Every time I have visited them their staff is professional, courteous, and always willing to help.
