I usually go to the other location in town but decided to try this new spot since I was at Target. I was greeted by Teryn and he was very friendly right off the bat. I could tell he wanted to help me. He got my son into a new phone and lowered my bill. Plus he talked me into getting the iPad Pro which I LOVE! I went back on a separate occasion bacause I needed to pre order the iPhone 7 for myself and also upgrade my daughters cracked phone. This time not a warm welcome. I felt like I was interrupting. I believe Alex was who I spoke with and he was not helpful at all. Never even pulled up my account to answer any of my questions. He didnt want to help me. He actually ridiculed the way Teryn had written out the pricing info for me. Very unprofessional in front of a customer. This made me want to go back to the other location except I asked when Teryn was scheduled and would return then. I did return again and happily Teryn was working. He preordered my iphone7 and got my daughter a new phone. All was a very pleasant experience and its a shame he wont be working there any longer as hes going to school etc. instead because hes what that store needs to increase business!

I came to this store based on the Yelp reviews and was quite happy with the service I received. I did have to come in twice because the first time the display phones were not functional for me to try them out. However, Kyle was very helpful and gave me all the rate info I needed. The second trip was great with Kenny the manager there. He and his staff helped me decide to switch from iphone to Samsung. They were friendly and professional, honest in offering opinions and not offering opinions in what they were not familiar with. They did not try to sell me what I did not need. They spent enough time and attention with me. Overall great experience.

I visited Verizon on Shea Blvd. in Fountain Hills a few weeks back to upgrade my iPhone. Sarah was an amazing help with the upgrade process and backing up all my contacts and photos to the cloud then transfer them to the new phone. It took a while, and she was amazingly patient through the whole process. All the associates at the store were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this team and store to all! Thanks Sarah for all of your help!! :)

My husband recently had damage to his iPhone 6s and had to file an insurance claim to receive a new one. Josh provided us with all of the information we needed AND helped transfer all the data from his old phone to his new one. We always receive excellent customer service at this store! A refreshing change in a world where none seems to care about customer service any more!

The girl that waited (for lack of a better term) on us yesterday morning might as well have just said to us "I really have no interest in helping you". She looked like she just rolled out of bed, had disgusting, dirty finger nails, and didnt know how to tell us about the device we were interested in. We were the only customer in the store and wont go back.

Of the 2 stores in Fountain Hills, this is the only store I will go to. The service is excellent - Gavin and Sarah were friendly and very professional. Gavin explained my new phone to to me and helped to transfer all my information. I would recommend this Verizon location to anyone.
