OK job... Screen Replaced and now works. They melted the back plastic cover of my Nexus 6p and scratched the aluminum around the camera lens cover... I know they probably dont work on a lot of nexus devices, but it would have been nice if they had knocked off $30-50 considering the damage they did to my phones resale value. They did apologize for the melted plastic, but didnt mention the Scratches. They did offer to replace the back plastic piece if I ordered it myself... Ummm you dont do that; you tell the customer that YOU (NextTech) will order the part and replace it at the customers convenience. Its a $2.00 part off of E-bay!

Wow, this could not have been easier for me! Definitely a five-star experience! The charging port on my Motorola stopped working. No charge = no phone! I called a number of places and only Nextech said they could accommodate my repair today (some didnt support my model and a couple others would have had to order a part to be delivered by next week). Well, the repair took less than 15 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. If I ever need a cell phone repair, Im going to Nextech first! They certainly earned my repeat business! THANK YOU, Don!

I bought an LCD digitizer online for my Galaxy S5. Everywhere else I called would not let me use my own part so they could charge me over $200 (original Samsung digitizer on eBay is about $115). Nextech confirmed I had the right part and installed it for me in less than half an hour for $30. Great, fast service, would definitely come back again.
