I dont plan to be back if I ever need a phone repair. I ran into issue, after issue. I first called the store to see when I could come in to fix my power button. The girl I talked to told me she didnt have any parts on hand, but that she was ordering them so to check back in a few days. I called back a few days later and was told by someone else that I actually have to order it and pay for half of it before it was order. Made sense, so I asked if I could do that over the phone. I was told I had to come in and that he wasnt able to do it. I went in and they told me theyd call me when the part was in but it would just be a couple of days. After a week I called and they still didnt have the part, but I was told someone would call when it came in. I called again, almost two weeks after I ordered the part and they told me it was in and had been in, but no one called me. I asked if I came in right then on my lunch break if it would be fixed in an hour and was told yes. When I dropped it off I told him I was on my lunch break and he told me to come back in 45 minutes and it would be fixed. I came back and was then told that he got busy with other things and itll be another half an hour and didnt think it was a big deal. I was extremely irritated that I had to leave and then come back to pick up my phone because my lunch break was over. There was no communication and no one really seemed to think anything was a big deal that they forgot to call me and that my phone wasnt ready on time when I was assured twice that it would be. The phone is finally fixed, but it took 3 weeks from my first phone call to just fix a power button. Not worth the hassle and Im not pleased with my experience there.

The SHORT: Got water damage to my phone. Wouldnt charge anymore. Took it in for repairs and it was returned with 2 other damaged parts that they wouldnt fix and made the phone unuseable. I would NEVER recommend going here. The LONG: Got water damage to my phone. Dried it out. Everything was fine with it except it wouldnt charge. I took it in for repairs on a Saturday morning and due to corrosion it had to sit in a solution overnight. Not open Sunday so I went in on Monday. Said it was fixed but that they were waiting for a part that was damaged in the repair process. Said I would get a call when done. I finally called Tuesday afternoon and they said it was done. I went in to get it. Before I left I happened to get a text. The notification was super garbled. I made a test call and the receiver could not hear me and I could barely hear through heavy crackling. The repair man said there was nothing he could do about the broken mic except charge me $100+ for a new circuit board to put in. He would not refund me the $25 labor fee I paid upfront.

As somebody that is naturally rough with their iPhone, I go through way too many Screens to count. Ive done the self repair route, which was usually successful but caused me headaches, and Ive had other repair shows replace them as well. I would say my previous experience was OK, but that was before I gave Cellaris a try. I worked with a gentleman named Steven who was very professional, and informed me of his great $79 plan, that included unlimited screen replacement for my phone. After paying $50+ for the parts to do it myself, this seemed like a no brainier. Steven and Cellaris have now replaced 2 screens under the plan on my current phone and its been a pleasure to work with him each time. He was speedy, did a great job, and I had my precious connection to the digital world, back in tip-top shape in literally on time at all. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have the worst luck with phones. In 4 years I have been through 8. Its kind of a joke. My mom took a tablet into this place a few months ago and told me they do fast phone repair. I decided to take in my phones, no idea what was broken on them or how much it would fix. I know nothing about phones at all. Not only were the employees there some of the nicest people I have met, but they were SO helpful. They quickly fixed my phone, were completely reliable and even gave me ideas on how to keep my phone from not breaking again. Since then (I have been back a few times because of my lovely luck with phones) I know I can go in and get fast and friendly and inexpensive help on any kind of phone problem. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

I had to replace a battery in my iPhone. They were very fast, friendly and ready to help. They have helped several of my friends who are all very pleased and they have always offered helpful advise. I have had several of my friends say they have shopped around and these guys have the best deals. So I havent shopped around myself but $40 for a new battery(installed) seems like a great deal to me and to have it done so quickly was an extra bonus. Sometimes they have had to order in parts but they are good at getting it in as quickly as they can and getting it fixed fast. I have had a few other phones and iPods fixed at other places but in the future, I will be going here by default. To sum it up.... great service, great price, and fast.

My young daughter decided to wash part of her ipad (she knows better now and is extremely careful with it). I took it here to get fixed. We paid around $130 to get it working again. The first time it was fixed, it actually wasnt. The sound didnt work unless headphones were plugged in. I took it back and he fixed it. 3 months after it was supposedly fixed one of the cameras and then the voice recognition stopped working. Nothing else has happened to it and its in a very protective case so Im pretty positive they just didnt do a great job fixing it. If its water damage you are better off taking it somewhere else or buying a refurbished item. For not much more we could have bought a refurbished ipad. Not impressed.

This shop is awesome! My microphone was blow out on my iphone 6. People could hardly hear me unless i turned on speaker phone. I took it in and Ethan replaced the microphone/charging port. That fixed the microphone but I started having 10+ dropped calls per day. I took it back 3 more times (no charge) for a solution. Each time he tried something different to fix the problem. Finally he replaced the shell/antenna and now its as good as new. He did not charge anything extra considering (I assume) he must have accidentally damaged something when he did the original repair. While the experience was a hassle, i really appreciate Ethan taking the time to make it right. I will be back.
