They replace a screen on my Itouch and did a very good job last year. I need the battery replaced and try them out again . place is always busy and only one tech working They took a deposit, but never called me when the battery came in. I call them and was told to come in a 1:30 the next day. Again the place was wall deep in customer. I wait for 20 minutes then interrupted the tech about the battery replacement. I was told to come back in 2 or 3 hours. that did not make any sense he had the order way not take the unit. The whole thing is very strange and I dont trusted then any more. Still waiting for a call 4 weeks later.

Came here with a phone I took into the pool for a good hour without noticing. Was recommended to this place from T-Mobile and brought the phone to them. He said it would take 2 hours becasue my phone is very difficult to work on, I came back and he was still trying different methods to get the phone to work. He could have easily told me that the phone was a lost cause and I should just buy a new phone, instead he took the phone apart about 6 times and finally got it to work. Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge to fix my phone and it saved me $$$ from buying a new phone. Highly recommended.

I was at Tempe Marketplace to do some shopping for a while before seeing a movie, noticed the all mobile matters iPhone repair kiosk, and remembered I had shattered my iPhone 4 screen a few days earlier. They said they had a phone to repair before mine which was fine cause I was seeing a movie anyway. So I pay, drop off my phone and continue shopping expecting to pick up my phone after the movie. About 20 minutes before my movie starts my wife gets a call from all mobile matters telling me my phone was done, before the movie even started!!

I had a terrible experience with getting my screen replaced on my samsung galaxy note 2. The idiot tech fixed my screen but the tech damaged the motherboard in my phone. I was given the run around for 3 weeks about ordering a part to fix the motherboard. Long story short, I ended up going to the superstition store and receiving a whole new motherboard for all of my hassle and their lies.

Note: the GO-TO place for your phone Used them for a couple different things. There estimates are on point. Very knowledgeable staff. Speedy service. If they can complete it at this location they can fix it at their local corporate office. Really pleased with the results. Cracked screen. Replaced diodes on the motherboard. All with a friendly smile.

Kyle was great! The mist outside was overwhelming and the broken cell phone screen was so shattered that it gave him a hard time but he was very careful and fixed it perfectly. He did it with great customer service, a smile and charged me one flat fee for his time despite that it took longer than expected! EXCELLENT customer service. The BEST!

Eric was able to quickly identify the issues plaguing my phone and fix the one which was making it near-impossible to use for a trivial cost. For the less severe issue which required a major, expensive hardware replacement, he was able to recommend me the most economical resolution should it grow in severity in the future. Eric was really nice and professional. Repair was really quick. Just a brief visit too the Barnes and Noble next-door and before I know it the screen was fixed. Even when I had one of the more obscure Samsung phone models, everything was done on the spot! Even got a free pouch out of it. Great experience overall!

Great service... that too before time....Have to give all the credit to the guys working at this kiosk.... Fixed my cracked Skyrocket estimated time was 45 min.... but he fixed in less than 20 min.... Price compared to other mobile repair shops..... is quite reasonable .....

Was able to diagnose why my phone wasnt turning on and fix the problem at a reasonable price, even when they didnt have the part they ordered it and were able to fix it the very next day. I recommend for anyone with a phone out of warranty and still cant upgrade.
