These guys tried to overcharge me. They said the overcharge amount would be refunded on the next billing cycle. I went into the store when that did not happen and they said wait one more billing cycle and it will all be good. Nope, so I went in again and Estevan said it was set for a refund in the system and if it wasnt complete after the 3rd billing cycle then they would refund it. Of course that did not happen. Now they are saying they dont owe me anything because the offer had not yet started when I got my phone (wrong--I still have the dated ad from cyber Monday). So I called Verizon today and they said the store was wrong, that the cyber Monday special was in place when I bought my phone and Verizon (not this bullfrog store) gave me a refund. Verizon said it was ridiculous that the store made us wait for 3 months. My advice: Go into the store and get information, then buy the phone and plan on the verizonwireless site directly. Thats the only way to assure you get the deal advertised. Also, make sure you see the itemized charges before giving your credit card. They wont show it unless you ask--one of their tricks. Like used car salesmen they will try to slip things by you. I caught two of their tricks up front (for example, they said they couldnt ring up the online deal at the same price until I said I would go home and buy it online). I really wish I had bought my phone online instead of at this store. It would have been cheaper and I would have had a lot less inconvenience.

Went to this location to get an account problem fixed and some instruction on a Jetpack purchased thru Costco. Dexter Giesen was professional and persistent. He discovered that the message I received earlier in Sept. from Verizon abt going over my data plan on my smartphone was bogus. He worked with a supervisor at Verizon-"Crenisha"-to get excess charges credited back to me and got me a credit for the month of service that I didnt use on Jetpack because I couldnt get it connected. He also got my smartphone acct and my Jetpack combined on one account so all data is shared..which was what I wanted to begin with. I was very pleased at this development as I had previously been told by Verizon CS that I had to have a separate plan. I am so glad I got stuck in the Phoenix area due to a truck breakdown. Getting this resolved made it worth it.

My experiences at most phone product/service locations have been all over the map. But, I will say that this location was the best I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There were no high pressure sales. We went in last Saturday to pick out a smart phone for my mother, who is 71. This is her first smart phone. The young man who was helping us, immediately selected one with a larger screen that would be easier to use and see. While she was being helped, I mentioned to another member of the staff that my phone had been running slowly and I wasnt sure why. He took it and figured out the setting that was slowing it down and reset it in about 30 seconds! Mom is loving her new phone and I highly recommend this location for your smart phone needs!

Mybullfrog is by far the best place to get all your Verizon phones and gear. Their outstanding support and friendly staff is by far superior than any other Verizon store around. There are probably 4 stores closer to where I live but I always go here. well worth the little extra drive.I worked with Bryan Levato. To say he was great to work with would be an under statement. He was able to get me the phone I wanted when the other stores couldnt. And even called me a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied. What other store does that,, I strongly recommend you go here for all your Verizon needs. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee it. Randy S

This is honestly the best service I have every gotten at any phone distributor. Jamar in particular helped me when my phone was stolen, and receiving new service and a phone. He also helped talk to the police to help me locate the phone which we could view from the "find my phone" app. to recover my phone. Although Jamar has mostly helped me, I have noted the excellent service by all the other sales and technical people here at Verizon. To say it briefly, I am more than satisfied with the store location and always return here.

Tired of being oversold and pressured by Verizon Wireless stores in the area I decided to try this one. I was fortunate to have Camille as my sales gal. Shes: honest, smart, sensitive to customer needs, doesnt even try to take advantage of her clients, like the bozos at the other local shops. I got exactly what I wanted, and never felt pressured. I have already recommended her to others and would absolutely return. The wait times can be long, so bring a book!

I went into verizon to check out the new iphone just to look at it, and Caleb definitely sold me on it! He was extremely helpful!! I was unable to stay because I had a soccer practice, so I told him that I might have to come later. He said he would stay past his shift to help me! I really appreciated his assistance! My husband and I came in today with questions about our phones and Ben was so nice helping us understand our phones and our plan. He was able to get us a great deal on new ones and took the time to set up our info and answer all of our questions, he took care of everything and definitely has been more helpful than any other Verizon location I have been in. Had a great Verizon experience the other day. I came in to the store afterhours last week and was helped immediately. Frank was really good, helped a lot. He took the time to set my new phone up and to reset all my passwords. He even offered me a glass protector that i am pleased with so far. Hope I dont break my new phone. Great store! I would like to compliment both Jamar Reed and Estevan Vizcaya at the Verizon store on Pima. Jamar tackled a problem of mine with unlimited patience and courtesy. While he was helping me, I observed Estevan Vizcaya dealing with other customers. He displayed the same courtesy as Jamar. Their knowledge was limitless--thank you Jamar and Estevan!
