I would give this store a negative 20 stars it it were possible. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen! I went in to get a new car charger for my car since I wasnt planing on going home and I wasnt near a Walmart. they were nice to begin with then I left the store and put the charger in my car, it didnt connect to the car and started to smoke, I imideatly took it out and there was a burn mark on the charger, so I brought it back in since it was less then 5 mins since I bought the charger I just wanted to exchange it thinking that the one I grabbed was just defective and needed to be sent back to the manufacturer. I let them know I needed to exchange the charger since it started smoking in my car, they said Ok but then they started to tell me that it was probably the car not the charger and one of the guys even took it out to his car to try it out since I said I didnt believe it was my car. The one that stayed in the store, Ervin M., started saying that nothing was wrong with the charger I brought back they wouldnt return my money and only do an exchange or store credit. I never mentioned anything about wanting a refund just an exchange, I stated it wasnt my car again because it had never done that and I had my old charger plugged into the car less then an hour ago. He started to say my car (which he had never seen or gone near) was the problem and not the charger, before anything was proven for or against my car. I had already been having a bad day and had warned him about it, as well as let him know the way he was talking to me was not appropriate since I had stated that I would take them to my car and prove that the charger was smoking and not connecting properly. to my port. He still insisted and then said if they couldnt prove that it would do the same thing in the other kids car they would not exchange it. I then started to demand a refund I didnt appreciate the way he was talking to me and I wanted to to speak to his supervisor, he then said he was the supervisor, I said I would like to speak to his manager and again he said he was the manager then I went to state that I wanted to speak to the owner of the store. He said he was the owner so I asked him to show me proof. He got confused asked if he had to show me proof and I said yes, he then said he wasnt the owner, I asked to speak to the owner I even said you can call him on yours or the stores phone so he wouldnt have to give me the number. He kept refusing but said he couldnt do that, that he couldnt give me the owners number, I said call him up and let me speak to him, Ervin would not make the call in front of me and when he returned he said the Owner didnt answer his phone I said call back and let me leave a voice message. He refused to do so and just handed me an email address to get a hold of the owner. When I knew I wasnt getting anywhere to satisfy my I said lets exchange it and I pulled a new charger down of the same brand and put it on the counter when I received a call, Ervin said he wouldnt exchange the cord, I put up my hand, the universal pause gesture since I had to take the call, he still tried to talk to me and put the new charger I brought down away. I had to hold the charger I was exchanging to his lips to get him to pause as I finished this call. When the call ended I again stated I wanted to exchange the cord, he said he wouldnt do it do to policies then I read the policies stating that the item was in good condition I could exchange it for the same or another product or store credit. He then exchanged it and tryed to play the innocent act after that. HE IS DECEITFUL and dishonest. this store should be shut down or under new management. ERVIN M. should be FIRED FROM HIS JOB since he clearly doesnt know how to treat the customers!

sales rep said he would take 100 off a phone because I am switching my number over he said they was out of $100 phones in stock other then cheep phones didnt even have front facing cam so I picked a over price phone lg g2 for 275.00 he did take 100 off making phone 175 I wanted to keep the same # because my daughter has medical issues had this # FOR WELL OVER 8 YEARS I get the paper work as im leaving noticed all the money I paid was not on my receipt I asked him about he acted like it was no big deal sat there waiting because my transaction was over and he needed to help other people (not my idea) I was fed up after 2 hours said cancel transaction I then asked him to put my #back on old service he said u cant do that u will loose your # I asked for a receipt of money I paid even if it was handwritten I could not change # he would not give me a receipt and if I cancel I have to pay a 20% re stock fee even know I never left the store the phone was not used at this point I left the store it was pointless and the 58$ was not worth it after 20% was taken out 5 days later (today) my phone was shut off im about to go to store so look for review

Ervin is one of the best people Ive experienced with boost, took extra time to take care of me his customer when even with him about to close. He even attempted to get me a cheaper phone of the same model by pointing out a sell at another business. You just dont get quality customer service like this anymore. Really friendly and nice guy. The one star comments must have some screws loose or wires crossed in their brains this store REALLY takes care of its customers and tries to help them in any way they can. Definite going there for all my phone needs! FYI make sure u have common sense and respect and most experiences will go great. And just a little bit of courtesy here and he will be the best man to help you.
