I chose cricket to save money. They advertise $35 for unlimited text and voice calls. That sounded like a great deal so I signed up. After the first month my bill has been overcharged every month since then. I have spent hours on the phone (which is a nightmare trying to reach a real person) and many visits to the Sugarhouse store trying to fix my bill. I bought a simple non-smart phone (use my laptop for internet) and yet every month I get add ons like internet and ringtones added to my bill which I am 100% certain I did not order. Every month they say they will credit my bill and then to my dissapointment I am overcharged again. Eddie the store manager would not give me a refund for services I never asked for. I know what I signed up for and being overcharged is dishonest and stealing. The worst part of this is Eddie would not fix all of my bill and then would only offer me a credit on my next bill but I canceled my phone so he is saying "we will not give you your money back for services we charged you for but you did not order". So Cricket and Eddie have stolen money from me for services I have not asked for and will not refund my money back to me. Eddie has the nerve to not believe me and suggest "someone else" ordered this junk on my phone. Im tired of being ripped off, this was a really bad experience when I was just trying to save some money. At the very least this store manager should have done the right thing and not fight with me but simply returned my money for stupid add-ons I never ordered. In fact he can see on his computer a note 2 months ago of me trying to address this very issue where I told a phone agent to note "I do not want any other options other than the $35 plan provides". How much clearer can you get? Every month before and after this note add-ons were put on my bill without my consent. Eddie if you really are the manager, you have no integrity and you will fail. Treat customers fairly and with respect and people will come back.

If I could put no stars I would. I let crock go years ago. My friend had a Phone with them and loved them tell a guy at this sold here a Phone that was cheap. A Flip phone had her get the more expensive plain. You know how they do this... everything worked for a couple months then entnet stopped working. She first called for help and everything they did on the phone call trouble shooting made phone worse so last on phone said to go to this office. (Phone was on speaker and was with my friend...) We ride the bus $5 and same guy that sold here the phone was there. He says that the phone she had didnt get internet.... The man said that there was no trading for smartphones even same price one. or refund or money off with giving them the phone. It was a mess the management came out and was no help at all... My friend now has service with someone else

I JUST WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THERE WEAK INSURANCE PLAN... MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE A SCRATCH ON YOUR PHONE ANYWHERE ON IT OR IT WILL BE VOIDED!! ALSO WHEN YOU LET CRICKET INSTALL A INVISIBLE SHIELD ON YOUR PHONE THEY WILL TAKE THE BACK OF THE PHONE OFF AND LAY THE PHONE DOWN SCREEN FACING UP ON A DAMP TOWEL... THIS ALSO VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY ON YOUR PHONE BY TURING THE WHITE STICKER RED INDICATING THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN WET.... EVEN WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEIR OWN CHEAP BRANCH STORE DID SO AND EVEN SHOWED THEM THAT THE BATTERY STICKER WAS STILL WHITE AND IN THE BACK OF THE PHONE... WORTHLESS PHONE COMPANY... ITS CHEAP PLANS IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I REFER ANYONE TO YOUR HELPLESS PEOPLE!!

They dont know how to answer a phone and help a customer. all i needed was to replace my phone and its taken a week to get it in when they told me only 2 days! I finally got a message telling me that it Might be in Monday. well now i cant even get through to them to check if it is there and i have to drive an hour from my house to there special store instead of just sending it to my house. I have nothing but problems since i set up my phone a month ago and it doesnt seem to be getting resolved! this is bull crap and i really recommend requiring a customer service training for everyone not only at this store but all of them!

This is a corporate cricket store, not an independent dealer. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store manager is top notch! Cricket (now part of at&t) is a very reliable service for half the price of the big boys. Highly recommend! If you dont like the phone selection, you can activate any GSM based phone as long as it is unlocked.

Horrible customer service made me decide to switch to T-Mobile. I got a better deal than cricket there anyways. The Galaxy S5 is cheaper at T-Mobile, they dont have contracts, and they dont charge interest when getting the phone on credit. Plus i actually get 4g data now. Never going back to cricket.

Yes. This is the one you want to go to. The other Cricket locations are "authorized retailers" and most of them dont understand their own sales or specials. This is a corporate location and has people who care about your time and wont knowingly insult your intelligence.
