I would avoid this location at all costs! I went in today because my phone wouldnt get any sort of service. I only noticed it because I left home and then had no service or data - before then, my phone was operating on WiFi. I believed it was only a matter of configuring the phone right, since everything else was working perfectly. CAMERON, the employee who assisted me, looked at it and said that the problem was on my SIM reader and that what I needed was a new phone (mind you, this one is only about 25 days old). Because of a TINY crack on the corner of the screen, which I honestly hadnt noticed until he showed it to me, he said all factory warranties were voided and Id have to go through my T-Mobile insurance (AND PAY $175 FOR A REPLACEMENT PHONE). I was very disappointed and asked him if he was 100% sure that was my ONLY OPTION and he said yes. I was very frustrated, but left the store to go home, get on my WiFi and call 611 to get the insurance claim started. Before doing it, however, I tried to rework the settings once again and... I got it to work perfectly! My 25-day old phone works just great and it was simply a setup issue. I almost threw $175 in the trash, thanks to that persons lack of knowledge. I went back to the store (less then 10 minutes after Id left) and told him that I was able to get the phone back to working again. His response? "Oh, Im happy for you." NEVER ONCE he apologized for almost making me waste $175. Disappointing!

In November my family responded to a promotion, posted on the Pleasant Grove store window, to buy 3 phone lines and get a 4th free, with phones being paid for if we kept up on the monthly payments, which would be $140 per month plus taxes and fees of between $15 and $20 per month. We were told we would see a credit on our bill for the fourth phone. However, on our first bill T-mobile took out full payment for all 4 lines and additional charges, and no credit showed on our bill. We stopped by the Pleasant Grove store, and were told that it took a full billing cycle for the credit to appear. The next month, still no credit, and we were told it would take 2 full billing cycles for the credit to appear. Each month it was a new excuse, so when we were billed the full amount again this month (the 7th since we got the phones), even after being promised a credit for all past overcharges, I went back into the Pleasant Grove store. One clerk (who had fed us a line in the past about having sorted out the credit with T-mobile) saw me and quickly exited the back door. The other, who I understand to be the manager, said it is a "back-end" problem and I would have to call the corporate offices. He refused to even call customer service or try to get it resolved, giving me no option but to leave the store disgruntled and disillusioned. Sure enough, it is an ongoing and frustrating "back-end" problem.

Worst T-mobile store on earth. Literally like walking into hell. They kept my phone on the jump plan and never sent it back after a trade in so was double billed for 6 months until I had to go back to the store and ask them where the hell my phone was and the T-mobile dude walks out of the back room with it. I mean WTF. Thats just one issue Ive had among a laundry list. Stay away from T-mobile. Verizon is more expensive but sooooooooooo worth it. Im stuck in hell and want my Verizon back :-(

I went in for an upgrade today and they were all so nice to me from the moment I walked in the door. I worked with Carlos and even though we ran into some difficulties, he spent the extra time helping me set my new phone up and transferring what we could and I really appreciated that instead of just being given the phone and left to figure it out for myself. Ive been to this store before and always felt like a valued customer and theyve always been friendly!

Great service and amazing people!!! I had a lot of questions about my plan and phones to upgrade to and all of my questions and concerns were addressed they even helped my change my plan to save money and keep the service I needed. Adam, Cameron (I believe) and a blonde girl whos name I didnt get were so nice and helpful and made my experience wonderful!

Service is hit or miss. Lately Ive felt like Im getting pushed out the door with quick, not so helpful explanations. Just the other day I was told by Braxton that hes not an expert and just there to sell phones. I left feeling like I was just another number. It seems like I only get good service if Im buying something. Disappointing.

Drive the extra 2 miles and go to the AF store. Ive had T-Mobile for 14 years now and until my experience at his store have never considered switching.

Worst service ever. I was the only one in the store and they clearly did not want to help. No wonder why there was no one on the store but me.
