This review is related to the Nokia Lumia 810 Windows phone as well as the service through T mobile. I purchased this phone from a T-Mobile store in April and immediately noticed that the phone shuts off frequently while being charged. The phone will also shut off completely while in a rest or battery saving mode. The main problem with this is that while it’s off you are not getting calls, and when it shuts off while charging things like the alarm cannot be relied on. I have been sent a replacement already, and I am assured that when my second replacement in 2 months arrives, it will also have the same issue. The most amazing (disappointing) thing is that they will still sell you this phone right now, even though they know the phone fails to work properly. T mobile however will take no responsibility for the phone they retail, and even had the nerve to refer me to Nokia. I did not purchase the phone from Nokia, I purchased it from T-Mobile, when my 3rd phone fails for the same reason I will be calling the state consumer board and my credit card company to dispute the charge. Clearly the phone fails to perform as promised and I cannot get the retailer (T-Mobile) to make the purchase right. I have been with T-Mobile for 11 years now and the best I can get from them to make this right is that they will give me a 100.00 credit for the phone I paid 400.00 for 2 months ago, that is legitimately defective, and let me pay for a new one. I hate to see that after all these years T-Mobile has ditched their traditional customer focused service and gone to the usual, ignore the customer until we lose them way of thinking. I have to highly recommend against this phone if you are looking for reliability and cannot afford to have your phone shut off without notice. I also have to say that if you are considering T-Mobile based on reputation, they are not the customer service company they were a few years ago.

Best customer service experience Ive ever had anywhere, let alone a phone store. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and surprisingly convinced me to convert from an iphone to an LG, and I love it so much. They seriously spent the majority of the day with me, trying to transfer my obscene amount of pictures and they were so nice and patient the entire time. They made me feel like I was just one of their friends, instead of just trying to get me to spend money or treating me like just another number. Hands down this is my new store for life. I will gladly drive the 20 extra minutes out of my way to come to this location. EJ, Alexander, and I think his name is Nick, (sorry I have a terrible memory, hes the tall blonde guy) are the ones who helped me and made me have such a great experience. They all deserve a raise and a promotion, no joke. Thank you so much for turning my stressful situation into a great day. You guys are the best, keep being awesome!

Gone here twice -- once to set up a new phone and once to get a new SIM card. First experience was amazing. We had a lot of trouble getting the phone set up since it was bought at an Apple store and not at t-mobile, but the guy assisting us make phone call after phone call and literally did everything in his power to get my phone up and running. The second time I went in another guy was helping me and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. He knew exactly what I needed help with and he got it done really quickly. Both guys were helpful and very friendly.

Very knowledgeable and helpful associates. Ive been to this location numerous times and Ive always seen professional behavior. I actually have personal relationships with the reps, and none of them sag even remotely. Josh Perry down there most definitely has the wrong store. Love this location

The salesman "Matthew" that sold us an iPhone 7 stated when asked "Is this phone already unlocked?" He said yes, and also added that all iPhones are already unlocked. This has caused undo stress in the situation we got this phone for. Terrible salesmanship, poor knowledge of product sold.

The sale reps here act like they have no idea what theyre doing. Ive been there several times and it took forever to get anything done. I ended up going to the one on Arizona Ave after leaving to get what I needed done correctly. The reps are much more helpful and professional there.

I have never written a poor review before. Sales person lied, manager refuses to return my calls, and lies to me about t-mobile policies - i found out after he sent me to a corporate t-mobile store. Worst experience Ive had with a phone to date. Opening BBB arbitration.

This is not a corporate T-Mobile store. They are an "authorized dealer" and that is bad news for you. They are unable to give you the same pricing as corporate stores and almost cost me a lot of money.
