Get ready for a hellish experience here. I have a phone with a glitchy touch screen that I was considering exchanging with my protection plan warranty. The phone has a dent in one side (unrelated to the issue), so I simply wanted to talk to a rep to make sure I would not incur any charges should I decide to exchange the phone. When I came in today, they were terribly understaffed (two reps were late) and I had to wait for a long time. When they finally got around to me, no one would give me a solid answer about whether or not my phone could still be covered by my protection plan. Though one rep went so far as to guarantee that I would not be charged for the damage, he would not write that guarantee down so I could refer to it if I did run into trouble from corporate. Another rep I worked with was rude and obstinate. I also found out that he signed me up for a warranty exchange right when he started talking to me, without my consent to go ahead. When I protested, he said the exchange cant be cancelled and I will receive a new phone no matter what. Now I have to risk sending the new phone back. If anything happens, I get charged for a new phone I dont want. Very frustrating. I walked in with a problem, and walked out with more problems. My big mistake was walking through their door.

This store is the most horrible T-mobile store I have ever dealt with. I upgraded from an IPhone 6 to and IPhone7 plus. They charged me almost 500 dollars 250 for the jump and 250 for screen repairs. Then they call me and sayid they made a mistake on account and "refunded" me the 250 for broken screen because they shouldnt have charged me. Then, they said I would get my refund in a check within 10 days. NEVER CAME. Went back to the store and they said that they credited to my account and that they could not give it back to me. After that, they said that my next two payments were going to be covered by that "credit." IT DIDNT. They are soo stupid.

I will start with the reception /signal/service quality. I had nearly no reception at all in Rexburg. Its a student town. We need to be able to make phone calls there. Now, I Got charged twice for my first month with them. They rejected me when I asked for refund of the second charge that I didnt authorize. They said it wasnt possible and my bank was at fault. My bank told me they had same situations with other people and its always t-mobile and they did take my money. Now I have to file a claim on them. Dont waste your time. Their website doesnt even work and the app never updates so you dont know when youre close to running out of data.

I am rating the representatives at this store. The representatives lie about the service specially one. His name is Josue. He told us we will get credit back if we open a family plan but we had to go to the 10 GB data plan per line and after 4 months we could lower our plan down to 2 GB pf data and we would pay only for the 6 lines close to 270. Our first bill was as he said but then the following bills came to a total of 300 and above dollars. After many calls to the T mobile customer center they told us that the associate had lied to us and he only did it to get his sales commission. We will never go back to that store.

Steve M. was super helpful and amazing. He has been my personal sales rep for the past 4 years. Any time I have an issue he is more than happy to help me out, I have added lines, changed plans bought replacement phones and just about everything else that I can do with Tmobile. I have never had any poor customer service issues here. Sometimes the store is a little crowded so it takes a minute to get helped but thats totally understandable when I wasnt the first person there. When it is my turn to go I am always treated with the attention I deserve as a Tmobile customer

I went in to this store and I was just looking at the phone options that t mobile had to offer. A sales associate (Steve) helped me and answered all my questions, and made me understand everything i was wondering about. I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received. Steve went out of his way to help me and take care of me. I will continue to stay with t mobile and will continue to shop at that location. I LOVE MY NEW PHONE HTC ONE IS AWESOME GO GET AND ASK FOR STEVE!!!!

Theres always an enormous (40+ minutes) wait and the waiting list procedure is different every time, so make sure to ask someone if you dont see it. Otherwise you sit for an hour, then get on the bottom of the list and sit for another hour. This location suffers from the downside of T-Mobiles amazing products and growth: Overcrowded stores. Unfortunately my account is too complicated to make changes through the web portal. Not too complicated overall; just for the web portal.

I went in to this store right when they started the "Well pay your ETF". The sales rep lied to me and deceived me about the whole process. I asked for the 500 MB data plan that I saw online. He told me that he couldnt help me because it would hurt his sales numbers. So he told me to do it online. Well, almost two months later and hours on the phone with T-Mobile, I still dont have my ETF paid for. Thanks T-Mobile for screwing me over!

Best T-Mobile Store!! I just recently discovered this store. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a long time. I have always hated going to the T-Mobile store across from the University Mall. It is always busy and the service is sub-par. And the ones in AF and Provo arent any better. This store is new and doesnt have a lot of customers. They reps there took the time to help me thoroughly. This is my new T-Mobile store!!!

This store is horrible, the employees always act like theyre to good to help us out. Ive gone in about 3-4 times and every time they cant do anything for me! Its convienent because its 3 mins away from home. But Im never going back for anything! All of my family members have said the same. I recommend the Provo T-Mobile, outside of the Provo mall. Its great! I rather drive anywhere then to go back to that place!

Poor salesmanship. A rep refused to give me a promotion that is currently available UNLESS I would change my current plan. He said it "just" expired, but if I changed my plan, he could work with me. They dont care about customer service, its only about commission here. I ended up going to the Riverton location, asked for the promotion I wanted, they were nothing but happy to help me.

My favorite T Mobile store. I run an IT company, and know first hand what hard effort looks like. I worked with a guy named Ryan who was very helpful. Gave the attitude that his time was my time. He did seem a little new, but that didnt take away from his enthusiasm and energy. Everyone seemed to work together in this store. Great synergy. Definitely be visiting more often. A+++
