Today, we had a great experience with Charlotte Garritano. Yes, we had to wait as she takes time with every customer to make sure they are completely satisfied. By the way management, Charlotte may be a great employee with lots of patience and customer service. She needs help starting her shift. People stop at the store and it is a pleasure to deal with Charlotte, she knows the products, she knows who to reach to get things done and get a smile on the end user. It was such a great experience. This is not the first time Ive dealt with Charlotte and even though I usually have to wait (as she is by herself in the store), it is so worth the wait! You business is lucky to have an employee like Charlotte. Im just happy she is in the store close to our home. It is so good to know you have some reliable and knowledgeable about the phone when needed. Thanks Charlotte for all your help and for even giving us your contact information in case we needed anything. This is true customer service, but again she does great things for the business so she should get some support to deal with all the clients she gets before noon - this was the time the 2nd person arrived and by then she had solved most of the issues and calmed people down with her great attitude. I HAD THE WORST TIME AT THIS STORE! I WENT IN OVER 3 WEEKS AGO AND WANTED TO BUY A FATHERS DAY PRESENT. I WAS TOLD THE GALAXY S5 WAS $100.00, AND I COULD PURCHASE THE GALAXY GEAR 2 WATCH FOR $200.00. CARLY AND THE GUY NEXT TO HER TALKED ME INTO IT BE CAUSE IT WAS THE NEWEST MODEL WITH THE CAMERA. I WAITED 2 1/2 WEEKS, AND FINALLY WENT IN, AND THE GIRL SAID IT WAS IN THE BACK. SHE THEN CAME OUT WITH THE GEAR 2 NEO. I EXPAINED THAT THEY HAD TALKED ME INTO THE ONE WITH THE CAMERA. SHE SAID IT HAD ONE ALSO(WHICH IT DOESNT). SO SHE LOOKED UP AND FOUND ONE AT THE GOODYEAR STORE, AND ORDERED IT WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY AND STILL NO WATCH! WENT IN TODAY AND NOW THEY SAY ITS COMING FROM GLOBE OR SOMETHING. THEN HE SAID THE 100.00 OFF WASNT ON THAT WATCH! NONE OF THEM REALLY KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, THEY JUST FLY BY THE SEAT OF THEIR PANTS! WHAT A ------- NIGHTMARE! GO TO THE HOME STORE FOR VERIZON, NOT THESE SIDE JOKES!

I had the pleasure of going into the Verizon store in Fountain Hills and the where I met Jakob, Roxanne and Travis. I was trying to switch carriers out of necessity and that is where I ran into problems with the other carrier who had taken both of my I phone 7plus that were bought unlocked and locked them. This carrier gave me the run around and it took 3 days many hours and a lot of stress to resolve.! Jakob stayed late the first night to help and worked with us then when we couldnt resolve the problem gave us phones to use because of medical necessity. The next day Roxanne helped even going as far as speaking to the other carrier . The third day when they finally unlocked our phones Travis set up our account. This store and the employees I had the pleasure if meeting is the best. Friendly, Professional and I highly recommend them.

My Galaxy 6 phone which we had purchased elsewhere was damaged and we needed to send it back for warranty repair. We needed a phone in the interim and went to GoWireless in Fountain Hills to see if they could reactivate an older Samsung phone to use in the interim. I worked with Travis M and he couldnt have been more accommodating. He reactivated the phone and also advised us we could save money on our monthly Verizon bill by purchasing an additional tablet. Over a 2 year period, his recommendation will save us over $200. Id recommend GoWireless to anyone and advise them to ask for Travis M.

I want to let you know that Grace Garritano was great to work with in solving issues I had with my phone.. She was incredibly patient and resolute in coming up with the best solution for the issues I was concerned about. She is an outstanding employee and I trust you will do whatever you need to do to keep her (salary, benefits or promotion). She shines in representing your company and I think you need to know it. Actually all your customer reps have a great attitude and work well as a team. Take good care of all of them. They make you look good.

Roxanne is the manager at the store. I spent 7 mths in Arizonia and then go home to pa for 5 mths. there was not a retailer near my home that would exchange the screen protector. The closest was an hour away so Roxanne mailed me two of them to my home in Pa so I would not have to pay for a new one. How awesome was that!! This store will go beyond with their customer service. I recommend this store for the people of Fountain Hills. Why go into Scottsdale if we have a great local store we should support its. Thank You Roxanne.

I went to this Verizon store a few days ago to switch out my cracked phone. My screen started to ink over the display so the touch pad and most of the pixels in the LCD were not working and Nicki was very helpful during the whole process. She was engaging and attentive, never pushed me to buy a pricier phone and even let me borrow her phone a few times to make a few calls since mine was out of commission. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone and didnt break the bank. Would definitely recommend stopping by!

Visited the store this morning upon their opening. Was greeted by Nicki K. I explained that I had just downloaded ios 8 and lost all my appt. on the calendar. She quickly looked up a possible fix and I left. She was right on the money because it worked and I retrieved all data. Quick and efficient, I like that kind of service. Did not begin to pressure me to purchase anything either. She must have realized I was not in the mood for purchasing, just wanted answers. Good service and was on my way. Thank you Nicki.

I was really impressed with their service. The Manager, Michael, was very professional and extremely knowledgable. He took the time to show me how to unlock all the functionality of my new phone. He ported over all the data without a glitch. He also noted I was using only a fraction of my data plan and enabled me to actually lower my monthly phone bill. Lastly, it was great to have a store that is located in Fountain Hills. It was much more convenient that driving 25 minutes into Scottsdale.

Yesterday my old Samsung Knack die down died, so I went to the Fountain Hills, AZ Verizon Wireless store. Travis McCormick did a terrific job showing me options for a replacement cell phone. He set up his tablet so. I could compare basic type models. I purchased a LG Revere 3 at a remarkable value. He also NB showed me an Ellipsis 8 which was essentially free to individuals on the cell plan Im on. Travis service was excellent and I enthusiasticly recommend this store.
