Took in my galaxy s5 to have the charge port replaced. Everything was functioning aside from being able to charge my phone. So I drop it off, they ask for my phone number so they can call, to let me know when its done. Well heres my number, but it wont do any good since you have my phone.....anyway they gave me a timeline and hit it, but. There is now damage from prying the screen off, which I pointed out and was told that was like that when we got it. Go home to try and charge my phone and it charges....sort of. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesnt. My microphone is also no longer functional, so the phone feature is now useless as well. Im getting a new phone next moth anyway, so I wont bother trying to fight with the obviously ambivalent staff, but this place is good for batteries, not so good on repair.

I recently decided to contact batteries plus because of issue with my iPhone screen being crAcked. I set up the appointment online for the next day at 830. I received a call from someone asking me if was gonna get my phone fixed. I decided to work over time and then just rescheduled for Friday may 5 th. No one contact me or provided me a email or voice mail saying that my appointment was not valid . Friday comes around and after 65 hours of work this week I finally had some time off and the guys says "we dont have people come after 5 pm in fact we usually have the phones in by 3 to ensure we get out on time . He offered to call the Tempe store like I didnt drive out my way in traffic to get here! They didnt even offer to move my appointment. All he could say was

Sell garbage! Then when you bring back the garbage two weeks later for a warranty replacement, they want to argue with the customer! Dont even know what a 12 v battery is supposed to read fully charged! Then when you tell them, they say they dont have the authority to replace your battery! I have had my battery checked at three different places, and they all tell me the battery is bad. Spent lots of money on garbage and they refuse to replace. I have heard nothing good about this business over the last couple of weeks!! I would recommend not spending a dime on batteries plus garbage!! You will have nothing but problems if you do!! The whole staff is incompetent!!

I was in Phoenix for an industry conference. My cell phone battery died. I spent 2 hours waiting at Apple store and they did not have part. My wife advised me that Batteries Plus sells and installs replacement batteries. I called the closest store in Chandler and spoke with Rick. He is their Commercial Account director but he took care of my small account problem. Rick was fantastic to deal with!! He was ultra-professional and very personal. He took care of my battery replacement in less than 10 minutes and saved me over $20 and 3-4 hours of goofing around with Apple the next day. Thank you, Rick!! You Rock!

I tried coming here twice to get my phone repaired. The first time I called about 10 minutes before showing up and was quoted an hour to replace but once I arrived I was told it would take 2.5 hours to replace which I didnt have the time. The second time I called as I was pulling in and was told about an hour and a half to replace, but once I walked in they said they didnt have it in stock and id have to leave my phone all day. Wont be back a 3rd time.

I came across them looking for a laptop charger and checked out the website and found out they fix phones and that same day walked in the phone specialist looked at it real qk I probably waited no more then 30mins (mind u my phone isnt a typical android) he came bak and fix it w/ no charge! I Didnt get a name but ty again. He is/was awesome!

spent 50 bucks on a new battery for my phone that was worse then the bad one i was replacing. kid working there would not give me a reciept or show me the old battery. another guy simply pushed one button and got me a receipt. went back after vacation and they wouldnt do anything about it. will never do business here again.

Total rip off. Came in for 4 CR123 batteries and the cheapest one they had was $10 for 1 battery... you can buy 6 at frys electronics for $12 or 12 online for $20. Ill never be back and recommend you shop other stores before coming here. Customer service was fine but prices are why Im giving a 1 star.

these guys are great. Ive taken 2 streamlight flashlights to them for problems as theyre the only streamlight repair facility in AZ. they replaced parts in both without charging me a dime! I go out of my way to give them my business thanks to their courtesy and helpfulness.

Very positive - what I ordered on web came in fast, they notified me promptly and even helped install the new battery along with some helpful hints on maintaining battery life. Ive used them for things other than cell phone batteries and been satisfied as well.

My laptop battery was not lasting at all. When it was new it lasted two and a half hours. Batteries Plus, tested my Battery and told me it ok, It turned out my charger was not charging. Saved money and fixed my problem! Thanks!

The lines are usually long for me. However, the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help find that obscure battery u need. Tons of different led bulbs too. Love the little gadgets and trinkets they sell.

Used to be helpful and pleasant. Have rechargeable battery that has been rebuilt at this location (even have the receipt) and kept insisting they dont do that here. Try another store before coming here!

Wow what a great bunch of honest guys. Took my special dental light to have a battery replaced, They tested and told me that the battery is in perfect shape no need to change it. Now thats honest.
