Had got iPhone screen fixed less than a month of repair screen breaks he refused to work with me even though his assistant had said before we paid for the service that there was a warrenty said I had to pay full price again to get screen fixed bad communication and customer service skills as Im explaining to him what was said and happens ge hangs the phone up on me sad because I was refered to him by my family me or my family ill be back at this location again

Julio was very friendly and fixed my iPhone 6s Plus cracked screen super quick! Probably waited only 10-15 minutes. He explained the process, the quality I was getting with my replacement (Apple refurbished screen versus other brand) and the price was unbeatable as I had previously called 4-5 other places that were charging way more before finding Profix. I will definitely recommend to others and go back if ever needed. Thank you!

Excellent service. Phone screen was broken and they were able to fix it on the spot. It took less than 20 minutes and was a better price than anywhere else who required an hour or worse, the next day, for repairs. He even threw in a screen protector at no cost and installed it. I would go back in a heartbeat, but hope I dont have to. Thanks!

Wow! Julio was able to fix my iphone 6s with major issues from dropping into coffee and from my vehicle in less then 30 minutes! He went above and beyond when others had told me to just buy a new phone from the damage. Cant thank you enough!

My daughter went in and the first thing they did was look at her and say "the galaxy s5 is too expensive to fix" as if she did not have the money then said it would take 3 days to fix. Called cellaris, same price, fixed within an hour
