My dad is from out of state and already had a Metro PCS account. He came here with my sister on a Monday and was told the phone he wanted would be available to him on that Thursday, but he didnt currently have any in stock. He told them to come back Thursday and he could get a screen protector and a case for 50% off. Long story short, I bring him in Thursday for the phone, the man (who I will choose not to name) did not even remember telling my dad to come back in and told us he had 10 of the phones the day before (Wednesday) but he sold them all. So, I explain to him that he was specifically told to come back to get his phone today and that I gladly would have brought him Wednesday had he told us thats the actual day hed be getting in the new phones. The real issue here is that when you tell a customer you will do something, you need to honor your word. He could easlily have written my fathers name down and saved him his phone. We ended up going to a location a few miles up the road who helped us out for the same price and unfortunately this location did not get his business because of it.

Worst store Ive ever been to. If you call, you can call 10 times in a row with no answer. When they answer they cant help you. Theyll tell you to call back or come in Saturday when the owner, Chris, is in. Chris will tell you he knows nothing and needs to speak to the employees from during the week. Then you will start the cycle over and if you get frustrated the employees threaten you. There "New management" is equally ineffective. If you want to pay for a broken phone, to be threatened and to get nothing resolved go to this store, otherwise go anywhere else. For as much as they bad mouth other locations, you would expect at least a little better.

Best Metro Customer Service Ive Ever had dealt with, Ive been with Metro PCS for 8 years now and ive never had one problem + my bill is consistently the same, never changes. Customer service is great and the young man will break done every single promotion and will make sure that you have the best plan to suit yourself. 5+ stars!!!!! Excellent
