So I am one of those people that is NOT good with phones. It seems like every few weeks or so my phone either gets dropped, run over, or abducted ( I think the term for me is accident prone). But thanks to the great guys here I have probably saved myself a good chunk of change over the time I have been using their services. My latest episode involved dropping an HTC Mytouch in the bathroom (well it was actually my gf this time LOL), but even though it was my first experience with water damage, they assured me they would do their best. A few days later they called me up and told me that it had been a success. I have nothing but good things to say. Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Even the girl at the counter is very friendly and courteous. They are so good i am thinking of bringing my girlfriend in the next time she acts up to see what they can do about that =)

My girls phone screen cracked. We were walking by this business and saw that they offered repair services and randomly decided to walk in. Amanda greeted us with warmth and sincerity that I wouldnt expect from anyone but close friends. She went out of her way to offer help and information and even offered to stay late to conduct the necessary repair to the phone. She didnt need to be exceptional but she was, in every way. Friendly, warm, helpful, knowledgeable. I didnt expect any of that, but now I know where to go if I need repair work or accessories. I thought I would be dealing with an average experience at an average business but this girl was a rock star and we walked out with a brand new looking (and feeling) Iphone. The phone hadnt looked new since it was.....new. I hate to offer cliches like...(amazing service?)...but, ah...the service was amazing.

I brought my htc sensation 4g in to get a "free" 24hr diagnostics & the next day when i go to pick it up. It has a brand new screen on it,etc. Then the guy tells me "130$$$" I said right there on paper it says "24hr diagnostics" not repair. Horrible service.. If you want a better place For service i would suggest "Wireless Toyz" 30-60$ 24hr fix +amazing service & also the guy is taking off new screen he put on & putting a cracked broken screen back on. To Me If You wanna go to College & work here. Its gonna be very hard. Because they love to mess up & last but not least ALL THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY PHONE WAS CRACKED SCREEN ... so if i get screen repaired & something else wrong with it.. im coming back!$

I went in to get my boyfriends phone fixed because the screen was shattered. not even a week later i had to go back in and complain that they put the screen on off center and it caused him to crack the screen again. they told me i couldnt get any more than a $20 discount on the next replacement. not long after that my boyfriends phone continued to lose service or appear as "searching..." and it would only come back after he restarted his phone a couple times or removed the sim card and put it back in. now his screen has gone completely dark. though he can touch it and it will respond, he cannot see the screen at all.

I was told to come here by a buddy that works at At&t to get help with my practically destroyed iPhone. Earlier I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and the phone wouldnt turn on. Anyways, I show up to Quick Fix with little hope that anything could be done. After a couple minutes I was told exactly what needed to be done to fix my phone and how much it was going to cost. The turn around was very fast and cost me far less than what Apple was going to charge. I will definitely be returning with any other phone/electronic problems I have as the prices cant be better and the craftsmanship was superb.

They did an amazing job repairing the screen on my phone. The next day my phone was having issues with the touch so I brought it in and even though I couldnt recreate the problem they still took time to look at it and fix it because of the 30 day guarantee (Ive been to some places where if you cant recreate the problem, they wont believe you and say they cant do anything about it). They fixed the problem and now my phone is now back to 100%. Also, the employees are both incredibly nice and very knowledgable.

I just brought in my touch pro for repair they had me in and out within an hour. They have a super friendly staff and very knowledgeable about cell phones. They were able to show me all sorts of things I didn’t even know my phone could do. They were very reasonable with pricing and were able to work with me. They have a nice comfy sofa for customer’s to chill in while you wait; they even have a movie running in the back you can watch. I would highly reccomend going to Qucik Fix for all your cellular needs.

Sometimes I am leery of small mom-and-pop shops because I dont know how well their customer service will be like if I am not reasonably satisfied with their services. In the case of Quick-Fix, I had an issue with my phone not properly working after the screen was repaired. I had to take it back twice in order for it to work properly. Quick-Fix responded appropriately to the issue each time without a hassle. Their technician stuck to it until my phone was working properly. Kudos for Quick-Fix.

Friendly employees. Pricing consistent. Low score because after a phone screen was replaced, I had to return twice for proper sealing of back. The day that I picked up my phone, while applying the screen protector, the phone screen cracked, once again. This is considered "user-damage" and not covered by the warranty, even though I was applying no more pressure than holding the phone. I have a hard time believing that this was not a defect in the screen. $370 wasted.

Upon first entry I thought this was great shop. The receptionist was nice and informative. After they had my phone for eight days, missing the deadline that they set for themselves, dodging my telephone calls, and missing the 2nd deadline, I came back to pick up my phone which was still broken. The three gentlemen working there seem very irritated I was bothered that my phone hadnt been fixed and it had taken so long. AVOID

Was told over the phone that my phone could be repaired and ready the next day. Went in the next day and was informed that they do not carry the glass for LG phones on hand, quoting me a time of appx. 1 week. I would pay for the part and a large labor rate. They even tried to charge me for performing a factory reset via a computer which I DID NOT ask for in an attempt to fix it.

I took my Samsung in and they helped me determine that even if they fixed my cracked screen, it would have deeper rooted issues. They could have just fixed the screen and taken my money, but wanted the best for me. Many thanks for their help--Ill be going back when I have a repairable issue! (p.s. I ended up getting a new phone through insurance)
