Worst customer service with ATT that i have EVER experienced. I had told the sales rep that i wanted a 4g phone but was not a fan of Windows. He recommend the HTC Inspire or the Samsung infuse. I ended up buying the HTC Inspire. It was not the phone for me at all...great phone but just not my style. I went in a couple weeks later to exchange and the Sales Rep was pretty insistent that i continue to test the phone out. Unfortunetly it came back to bite me. I went in on the "31st" day to return my phone to no avail. They told me that they would follow up with me the next day to see if they could make an exception and I have yet to hear anything. Do not take the sales reps advice...they are only there for the sale and not to provide you with a phone to meet your needs. Now, I am stuck with a phone that I HATE!!!!

Janet is super friendly she hook me up with a digital/ life direct tv deal. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also Joshua. I dont know about their manager Anthony that bastard didnt even say hi. But good location over all

Worst service ever. The latina ladies that work there have the worst attitude, and they arent knowledgeable or helpful in anything. Absolutely terrible!
